First off they get 5 stars for being open inside on a Sunday evening when most of the other fast food places were closed or drive thru only. We had not eaten in a Taco Bell for probably 20 years, so to go here was an event for us. The menu is a little daunting with so many items, but one thing stands out are fair prices. One lady had to call another lady to take my order. The second lady, who took my order, never smiled or said thank you. The first lady prepared my order and she was very nice. My food was fresh.
Taco Bell ? Bainbridge really done a complete 180! My food was piping hot, fresh ingredients, I even got sauces, napkin, and straw in the bag. I was asked was my order correct on the screen and got service with a smile! 93 health score! The management is managing! I tried to call em! Might just use the rewards app now.
