Great bakery:) Their custom cakes are worth it. Rebecca is an artist. If you want a professional, custom cake for your event she is the one you go to in Bainbridge. PERIOD. It will be the perfect color, and delicious. We never worry abt the cake. It is always taken care of and all we hv to do it pick it up :) Looks amazing on the party table every year

Best cream horns I have ever tasted! Friendly owners. Their cake decorating is amazing.I think that their creativity sets them apart from other bakery in our area. Their case is stocked with cute cupcakes and cookies. My daughter loves stopping here. Their location is also convenient. Right across from Elianos coffee :)Fantastic bakery to visit in Bainbridge . First,It is sad to me that people think this is an actual "bakery", and that they have good customer service. My sister ordered a birthday cake about three months ago for her son I picked it up for her....the cake was so dry I feel like everyone had to drink twice as much to wash this cake down. The cake was okay looking for the worst cake I have ever tasted. My aunt ordered a cake over the holidays and once again the worst cake, it was so dry.

I don't like the the cakes I got to the icing was off both sides of the cakes I sent picture to them and they were very nasty about it I think they iced the cakes when they were frozen never again.

Do not recommend As they simply do not any customer service skills. They are happy to charge you for a cake but don’t take their time to try to help you if an incident occurs. My cake fumbled and never once did he ask how to help Mexico. His main concern was “that he didn’t understand how this could happen.
