Completely disappointed in the quality from this location. Absolutely shameful!! We paid almost 40 bucks for 3 meals. Then we had to wait. When the food was brought out to the car IT WAS COLD!!!! Why? Why did we have to wait and then you deliver cold food. Disgraceful! We will not spend another penny at this location. It needs major management improvement and better quality food. Corporate needs to do a secret shopper at this location.

Dine in- almost. 5 ppl behind the counter and no one would walk the 10 feet to take our order. They didn't even come to speak with us personally, but yelled at us "drive thru!" from the drive thru. Extremely rude and horrible service. Won't come here again.

There is an issue everytime I visit this Wendy’s. Just now at 5:00 on a Monday afternoon, I was told from an employee wearing a headset sitting outside in her vehicle smoking “we closed for orders right now”. What???? Tried to go inside, doors were locked. Like I said, issue every single time with this location.

Stood in the store for 10min!! No one would take our order. Then and employee said we need to go through the drive through. We had a trailer that won't fit as we explained!! Still no one would help us. There was a guy sitting inside eating so why was it just us that couldn't get served. Won't ever come back!!

Where do I start first of all we sat in the drive thru for it seemed like almost an hour and then we finally get to order and they come to me and tell me that the first drink they gave me had the last medium lid do I still want my second drink with no lid. We'll if they would of fallowed directions my first drink was suppose to be a large not a medium secondly my food was made completely wrong and the French fries were cold as hell so I will not be eating here anytime in the near future!

I was in this restaurant a total of 5 minutes. The restroom soap dispenser was empty, the hand dryer didn't work, the cashier said she had received no training, the drink machine had no ice and half the drinks were unavailable, and the employees had their personal drinks with straws sticking out scattered all over the food prep area. I can only imagine what I would have discovered if I stayed another 5 minutes. These guys just don't give a rip.

I am no longer a Wendy's customer due to their nasty customer service. When I arrive to pickup my order they don't have what I ordered. When I ask why they accept orders they can't fulfill they get ugly.

This place needs corporate to come and do a complete overhaul the building is dirty inside and out.. all the tables were sticky as well as my feet sticking to the floor… after waiting for about 20 minutes for our food my burger was cold and the bun looked like she may of gotten lucky and found one under the prep table that a previous employee may of dropped during their last shift a 6 months ago to compete my order.. only thing decent was the chili and that’s only because it comes out of a can
Tried to return my burger and the girl that was working the counter whose weave was peeling off made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her after waiting another ten minutes to receive a new sandwich I decided to just get a receipt reprint in which she still hadn’t made the burger.. do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else his place should be shut down
