When they tell you to pull up and park say no. Just sit there until they give you hot food.
What they’re doing is protecting their self from corporate backlash by stopping the drive thru “timer”
This location likes to waste your time and give you cold food. Don’t let them. Sit there until you get what you paid for

Went tonight for some food after a long day
Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and specifically asked for 1 of each sauce
They said ok and to pull forward
I get to the window they take payment and ask me to pull to the side
I sit for 25 mins and they bring it out
I ask the man to his face if he put all the sauces in the bag
He looks me dead in my eye and says yes I put all of them
I get home to 2 of 6 sauces chosen at random and 3 chicken strips
If the workers weren’t sitting in their car smoking the nastiest cheap smelling weed I have ever smelled they might be able to count to 4
Seriously avoid this place at all cost this place consistently has awful wait times and terrible service if I could rate a 0 I would

Went through the drive through at 11am got 2 $6 biggie bags both cold. Had to sit and wait on it so we thought everything was going to be hot and fresh. Was running late for an appointment they finally brought it to the car we grabbed it and left. Got down the road only to realize everything was cold. Not happy was with Wendy's in Bainbridge Ga at all. Every check your food before you leave.

When I went inside, the entire store smelled like black and milds. They only people there, were the employees. Most of them hanging out in the lobby.

Made mobile order to pick up inside because I was in a hurry. Doors were locked with no note. Went to the drive and they acted like in was a problem because of the mobile order. I got to the window and apologized and told them that the doors to the inside was locked and response was ok. No excuse or explanation or sorry. The there was no sauce that was ordered in the bag.

The employees act as if they don't have to sale a product either it's out or can't make simple change this Wendy's establishment should be closed they play stupid games u ask for a number one and they say number 6 this is very unprofessional

frosty machine was broken, drive thru was broken, no straws in the entire place, freestyle machine tasted so nasty my mother and i wouldn’t even drink from it. out of multiple sauces. definitely poor management and not a reflection of the workers, who were sweet and trying their best.

Completely disappointed in the quality from this location. Absolutely shameful!! We paid almost 40 bucks for 3 meals. Then we had to wait. When the food was brought out to the car IT WAS COLD!!!! Why? Why did we have to wait and then you deliver cold food. Disgraceful! We will not spend another penny at this location. It needs major management improvement and better quality food. Corporate needs to do a secret shopper at this location.

I came April 19 @ 9:11 drive through took time but that was fine as I had plenty of time nesha was the best and so so helpfull with a smile on her face however za’riah at the drive through window was so rude and a huge attitude this however wasn’t our first time coming through and she be not professional at all.

If you’re in a hurry, I definitely do not recommend stopping here. I went by the drive-thru for a frosty just to wait at the window for over 10 minutes, while my frosty melted away before I walked in to get it myself :( Thats not good customer service!

Dine in- almost. 5 ppl behind the counter and no one would walk the 10 feet to take our order. They didn't even come to speak with us personally, but yelled at us "drive thru!" from the drive thru. Extremely rude and horrible service. Won't come here again.
