This is more a “months long” review. Zaxbys has always been one of my favorite places but this place has the slowest service of any Zaxbys I’ve ever seen. If you go here on a Sunday it will at minimum be 30 minutes to get your order.
The final straw in me having to write this review though was being told to “go around the building and wait next to the door” for my order. After a half hour of waiting I had to go in. They had my order at the counter and said “we went out there but didn’t see you”. My car was right in front of the door and no one had come out. This place needs new management.

Food was great. Service was horrible! The moment we walked into the restaurant the cashier Briyana B and other employees made a comment "Oh my God" as if they didn't want to serve us even though they were open for another 2hrs. While taking our order she was extremely rude like she was annoyed and didn't want to be there and kept asking if that was it before I could even say another order. In the middle of ordering a coworker was talking to her and instead of apologizing or saying excuse me while she walked to the window to yell something to a coworker that was in the back. It was like we weren't there. While we were about to sit down she came over with an attitude asking if we were the last one to pay because the payment didn't go through. We had our receipt so it went through. It was the gentleman who was still standing at the counter who's card hadn't gone through. He was legit standing in front of her and rushed to us thinking it was us. It made so sense. Customer service retraining is a must. Trash was also over flowing and the soap dispenser in the woman's bathroom was slung across the counter.

The food is good but this Zaxby’s has the worst costumer service ever. I had to wait 35 minutes for some fries and the people working there had the worst attitude ever. They treated everyone so bad.

Bainbridge ga Zaxby's forgot to give me one of my drinks, all my sauces, as well as other stuff. The inside of the store was closed and the phone wasn't even working! Had to wait in a long line for 20 minutes just for sauces

After not stepping foot into a Zaxbys in 2.5 yrs, only to wait in the drive through for 45 mins (with 2 toddlers), is truly ridiculous!!! In that 45 mins, I saw 2 girls take a smoke break outside (with headsets on) and another bring a meal to a boyfriend/friend of hers (also with a headset on), while the LINE WAS AROUND THE BUILDING. The attitudes don't make it worth the wait either. Don't even bother!!

Made us wait 20 minutes for our food which we didn’t have a big order. After all that time they STILL got it wrong and they weren’t rushed or anything nor was it busy inside. Don’t waste your money.

We never go back to zaxby my food was cold call the store back and no one would answer the phone they didn't have nothing to drink but sweet tea

First we could not order from the app so we could not use any rewards. When we went to the restaurant to place a to go order service was very slow. The fries were not crispy at all.
