Sunday afternoon with what I consider a very light day. I waited at the counter for 25 minutes for one SANDWICH before finally asking for a refund. Absolutely nobody cared. Horrible service.

Fast, good and won't break the bank. I had the Wingz and Thingz, bonless nuclear. Always good. My wife loves the Zalad with chicken and Ranch. The restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.

First and last time trying, had to wait 20 minutes for 6 fingers. They seemed to be not fresh, worst customer service ever. Raising Canes 4 Ever 😋

The food is good. The drive-thru time is abysmal, I have sat still for over ten minutes on multiple occasions. Only left a review because today it was fifteen minutes of a dead stop. Good food, but don’t come if you’ve got somewhere to be.

Placed a order online, half of the order wasn't in stock so I basically paid full price for two salads that only have lettuce cheese and chicken. No onions no cucumbers no egg none of the stuff that you should actually get on a salad including no dressing. Paid for a drink they didn't give me and then when I said is there a way for me to just get a refund I basically got told that yes I could but it would be 3:00 to 4 days before it would show up on my card, it didn't take 3 to 4 days for you to take it off my card. I will never waste my money or my time at this establishment ever again and I will be telling every person that I know. The manager had an attitude on top of it that was completely uncalled for. I want corporates number

So gave zaxbys another chance! Drive thru. But customer services was great, food was hot! Seems that the management has stepped up and improved.
