“We ordered delivery & had a door dasher pick our order up cause we was staying at the Microtel Hotel…… The driver basically stole our food but offered to bring it to me if I would give him gas money so I called the store & spoke with Seth about what was going on & he remade our food & personally delivered it to us! He was AWESOME!!!! He just don’t know how appreciative we were that he came to our rescue from the almost Feral 5 yr old that thought she wasn’t getting her PIZZA……. “We just had the best experience at Taco Mac! When we first walked in we saw someone who wasn't really ok with waiting for a table and he was incredibly rude to the manager and the manager handled it like the professional he is. We were seated at our table and had the best service. There was a slight issue with one of our meals and the manager came over, before we even knew there was an issue, and explained the situation. He did everything to make sure we were happy and checked on us several times just to make sure. It was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. It helps to remember that people in the service industry can only do their jobs to the best of their ability and being rude to the staff or anyone, doesn't make them do things quicker or the way you want. Get your Papa John’s pizza from this location. And as to Papa John, you ought to look at this location and give everybody a raise. They deserve it!“

Although she wasn't able to fix it (she said maybe the app was down, so try again later) but she did give me the discount and said to come back in 10 minutes.
