I’m never going to the subway again and I’m gonna tell every person I freaking know in town to do the same!! All of my sandwiches were beyond jacked up none of them made correctly all the extras that I paid for were not on the sandwiches, the employees and there are complete freaking joke!! I would like a full refund from this place which I know is not gonna happen or I’d like for free sandwiches back but the best I can do is never give you my business again or Subway ever

Absolutely THE WORST subway ever. They NEVER get the order right. I am obviously a glutton for punishment as we keep trying. For years they didn’t have ingredients for basic sandwiches. Now they do not follow instructions on sandwiches and do not make sure all items are included in the order. If you call for restoration they argue with you. Multiple messages left for management to call me. Never a peep. Living in a small community there are not a ton of options for take out/delivery. Spending $50-80 a meal you expect some sort of priority. Employees seem to be understaffed, overworked, and completely uninterested. I will drive to Canton or Jasper from here forward. Unacceptable.

I stop here about once a year to see if things have changed and they haven't. Each time I've been here they're missing basic ingredients. Today, they only had white bread as I was informed by an employee who was surly and couldn't be bothered to say hello. Then informed me that the credit card reader would give me the option to give a tip. Having more than one type of bread and a pleasant attitude is my tip.

First I love Subway especially their coupons. I travel between South Florida and North Georgia quite a bit. This on is conveniently located off 575.Well my experience at this location was TOP NOTCH!! I was waited on by two young men very quickly. I told them I like turkey they suggested the Turkey Cali club. It was Delicious. Dining area and restroom were clean. Every fresh baked coookie choice also. I have not had customer service like this in years.TRIP and CHAD you two knocked a homerun out of The Ballground location. Especially on fast food customer service!. I will be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would . The guy working behind the counter displays terrible customer service and shows very little to no interest in serving customers . I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread and wanted to argue over what kind of bread I asked for when he took out the wrong one. He mumbled and really couldn’t have been bothered to ask what I wanted on my sandwich. He starts throwing different ingredients on the sandwich as if he was inconvenienced. Please bring in better people suited to serve customers. I won’t be back . I’ll give my money to another subway franchise that will make me feel welcomed. I hope corporate sees this.
