Great food

We have been eating here almost every Monday night for a year for their dinner buffet. We also eat there quite often for the lunch buffet, and then when we were building our house we called in pizza or calzones for pick up a ton. We also generally order here to feed a bunch of people after we do our races for Southeast Mini Moto. Basically... we eat a lot of American Pie. They pizza and calzones are all amazing. The last couple of months the dinner buffet was having problems and I finally reached out to the owners and let them know what all we were experiencing with service, food, etc. The next week when we went the owners had taken that feedback and fixed the problems we were having. It is back to being the great American Pie we know and love. I highly recommend the loaded potato pizza or Calzone. It is amazing! Also, their sweet tea is great!!
They are pricier than other pizza places, but we think it has been worth it.

Being that it's still noon and the pizza is cold, not really impressed.

Food wasn't great and was pricey, but all the tables were sticky and a maintenance guy was vaping. They also manually added in a tip without asking me and not letting me remove it. Also left stuff off my order

I’m not exactly sure who owns this location but you definitely need to work on customer service with the 900 teenagers you hire! Who do not take this job seriously! Every time no one answers the phone, then when they do and you place your order they give you a time estimate, wait extra time only to be told to pull up bc it’s not ready. But all you see if them playing and standing around having a good time. Constantly missing items from our orders. Having to return for the items. Let’s not mention the one time I didn’t and they gave me a “credit” for next time. Go to use my credit not even 3 weeks later and was told it was expired! So there went that money down the drain simply bc their employees are too busy playing and flirting with each other to get their jobs done! Tonight, once again having to drive back there for forgotten items. 2 weeks ago we got home and our meat lovers pizza dough was RAW!!! We returned it to the store and asked for another to be made and GUESS WHAT?!? Waited 45 minutes on it. These kids have no idea what they’re doing. Please for the love of all things, TRAIN THESE EMPLOYEES OR HAVE AN ADULT ON STAFF!!!!

Beware their calzone has NO ricotta cheese, it's just mozzarella cheese folded in half. The price is crazy just get a small pizza without red sauce, it at least has seasonings and somewhat crispy. Butter balls are excellent but again the prices have all increased. I bought a large pie, small calzone and butter balls $52.00 wow.

This is the greasiest pizza I have ever seen. Why? If you cook fresh at least drain the grease! So awful.
