American Pie Pizzeria

I’m not exactly sure who owns this location but you definitely need to work on customer service with the 900 teenagers you hire! Who do not take this job seriously! Every time no one answers the phone, then when they do and you place your order they give you a time estimate, wait extra time only to be told to pull up bc it’s not ready. But all you see if them playing and standing around having a good time. Constantly missing items from our orders. Having to return for the items. Let’s not mention the one time I didn’t and they gave me a “credit” for next time. Go to use my credit not even 3 weeks later and was told it was expired! So there went that money down the drain simply bc their employees are too busy playing and flirting with each other to get their jobs done! Tonight, once again having to drive back there for forgotten items. 2 weeks ago we got home and our meat lovers pizza dough was RAW!!! We returned it to the store and asked for another to be made and GUESS WHAT?!? Waited 45 minutes on it. These kids have no idea what they’re doing. Please for the love of all things, TRAIN THESE EMPLOYEES OR HAVE AN ADULT ON STAFF!!!!

Beware their calzone has NO ricotta cheese, it's just mozzarella cheese folded in half. The price is crazy just get a small pizza without red sauce, it at least has seasonings and somewhat crispy. Butter balls are excellent but again the prices have all increased. I bought a large pie, small calzone and butter balls $52.00 wow.

Zero customer service, I mean zero

We placed a carryout out, and my husband went in to pick up pizza and didn't use the drive-through like I said he would anyway the pizza is really great here our salad got left off but that's probably due to change in pickup method (couldn't help myself and husband said I could post it)? anyway lots happened and it was the next day before I could go in and talk to someone about our salad.They were wonderful as I explained what all had happened we did get our salad (garden) and I am so glad we did. This salad is loaded, and it's huge.Thanks again, yall, for understanding, we will most definitely be back soon.Oh yeah, and the atmosphere was very good in here and felt down home trendy.

We just moved to Milner,Ga and found this on the way to the auction. We used to go to the Locust Grove location. We love American Pie. This location has a buffet option during the week which I love.
