Service was horrible. Young lady looked like she didn't want to be there and was rushing me and ignoring my questions even though I explained that was my first time ordering those dishes and I simply asked what came on the loaded fries and the loaded potato. She definitely had a nasty attitude. I will stick with what I know Jackson Big Chic. Nobody wants to be treated badly and spend their money at a place with people like that. I've been to Jackson Big Chic twice never treated like that. When you can't even ask a question something is terribly wrong and yes I was kind. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapists kind is all I know.

This has to be the WORST Big Chic I’ve been to. Chicken not cooked all the way through. Customer service is rude AF. Out of almost all side. Mad cause you want to come there and spend your hard earned money. They also charge .25/ paper plate and per plastic forks

The black guy taking the orders doesn't give off people vibes. However it was this nice white guy had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My food is okay. The experience was worth it just because the guy who gave my food has true southern hospitality

Today, in the drive thru I ordered chicken, fries, and 6 jalapeño poppers. Get home, I have chicken, bottom of the bag bits of fries, and no poppers. The bits of fries wasn’t worth eating and didn’t get a chance on the poppers. Out of three things ordered, two things were totally messed up! Im not coming back but you do need to get your act together.

Ordered 2 potatoes a few months ago and they were not cooked all the way . Thought I’d give Big Chic Barnesville another shot. Ordered a Baked potato, got home and opened it up and it’s hard as rock. The person who prepped this order had to know that potato was not done and they put it in the Togo box anyway. What has happened to Big Chic????
