Delivery Driver was prompt on last order and very kind but whoever cooked our pizza and bread sticks burnt it to the point that it was not edible. I ended up tossing the whole thing and making the kids pb/j. I complained but all I was offered was a coupon for a single 2 topping pizza that I could only use if I chose delivery and it couldn’t be any specialty pizza. I ended up with a $5.00 charge for a pizza that usually has a 6.99 carry out special. Nevermind the fact that I basically had a 50.00 order with tip and couldn’t even eat it… tried to talk to manager about the issue and didn’t get anywhere with that so apparently this place doesn’t want my business

Two weeks ago i placed a delivery order with no problem. Today i placed another delivery order and was called by the assistant manager stating that my order could not be delivered. Stated that after the last time they received a complaint from corporate. However, the website still allows me to place a delivery order. This assistant manager was very rude and refused to respond to any of my statements about speaking with the manager and still delivering my order. She just stated that she would be cancelling my order.
