The food is fine. Nothing Extraordinary. Decent wings. But they can't.
Handle a five orders on a saturday night. Try to call in my order.They said I had to show up. And I couldn't order it over the phone.They said I need to come in.So I came in and I was told they weren't taking any more orders.Because they were backed up.They had five people in the parlor.

Wow has this place gone down hill! It used to be the best wings in the area. Now, it’s the worst place. The wings keep getting smaller every time I go. I had some the other day and they were the size of my thumb. Not only were they tiny, but the meat was overcooked and tough. In addition to this, I had to wait 30 minutes for 12 wings, and there was only one order in front of mine. My wings will come from Griffin from now on, unless they step up their game.

Oh, and reading the reviews, I’m sure they will make the excuse of a wing shortage but that doesn’t fly because a wing shortage means there aren’t any wings, it doesn’t refer to the size of the wing. Other places have huge wings…

I always order from here as it is one of my favorite wing places. Today I placed an order and the size of my wings were so small that they weren’t even the size of my pinky. Disappointed I tried to call the store just to be told that the manager said “that they can’t help I got the smaller end of the wings”. I was hoping for a remake or a refund or something because I feel as though I didn’t get my moneys worth with the portions. And I never expected their wings to ever be like this. The lack of accommodation was truly disappointing. So although their wings and flavors are amazing. Just know there is a possibility you will not receive your moneys worth. Especially as an adult. I basically feel as though I got a kids meal.

the BEST wings

Omg!!! New favorite restaurant!!! the beautiful young woman suggested great flavors for first timers . She was very sweet and kind to us . While it was a wait it all came out at once and during our wait the young lady had us crying laughing! Definitely will be back for the delicious food and amazing customer experience from jasmine .

Some of the best wings I have ever eaten ! I did my order online but then needed to change my pick up time so I called the restaurant and the sweetest lady answered (I am awful with names) she said no problem with changing the time and that my wings would be "extra special" and they most certainly were ! These folks know the true meaning of "extra crispy & extra wet " I was very impressed. Yall now have a very regular customer and keep up the excellent customer service and amazing food. This is the definition of a hole in the wall. I got buffalo wings and they have a selection of seasonings that you can add to them such as ranch, lemon pepper, and seasoned salt. I added lemon pepper to my wings and seasoned salt to my fries. The restaurant could be better served with a bigger dining room but it was clean and I'll be going back.

Came here on 3/13/2024. I had never been here before coming to work down here. I went for lunch on my hr lunch break and I ordered the 15 piece combo; garlic Parmesan and the hot lemon pepper sprinkle wings. When I tell you the cook Mimi did a freaking AWESOME job on my wings. They were cooked crispy, and with enough sauce on them. I didn’t even have to tell her to do that. These wings were so damn good that I went back after work and picked up a 50 piece for my family. Unfortunately Mimi wasn’t back there coming anymore, she was taking orders. They were OK, but not like when Mimi had cooked them. I will be back?! Hell yes!!!!!

Thought I would do an update since they didn’t think I gave a fair review the first time. I stand on my review. I placed an order today 3/7 for lunch ordered the 15 piece wings with fries and drink. This time they did get my flavor request correct and taste amazing but the wings are still extremely tiny. You would think if all you could get were tiny wings that you would adjust the price or give a few more to make up for the size. I tried to really like this place after I saw the response I thought why not give them another chance. But 20 dollars for a meal and 15 extremely small wings it’s not worth it.The wings are horrible and tiny they couldn’t read in order properly my order was completely wrong.Ordered 30 piece wings 10 mild 10 spicy bbq 10 spicy teriyaki I asked to add some garlic parm to the mild and some lemon pepper sprinkles to the spicy bbq the instead gave me bbq teriyaki and garlic parmAlso ordered 2 32 oz iced sweet teas got 2 very warm 16oz teas with no ice.Asked for some ranch on the side in special requests because it wasn’t an option to order didn’t get that eitherI just don’t get the audacity to charge a dollar a wing for such tiny wings m. Never again
