It was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we we here, and no one was in line but us. Then, someone had to go outside and find someone to take our order. I had no idea it would be another 45 minutes and still no food. Been here 55 minutes, no food. All I ordered was the 2 piece fried chicken special. O, by the way, no soap in the restroom and milkshake machine not working properly.

I tried jacks thru the drive thru. The fries were bland and unsalted and no condiments or salt was offered. My wife's chicken sandwich was still frozen in the middle and we were too far from the resturant to take it back. The person in the drive thru hardly spoke and showed no interest in the guest they were serving.

I have visited Jack's several times now and everytime I am disappointed. My order is either wrong or cold or they are out of something. My husband's order is good but not mine. This time it was breakfast, bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold and biscuit was hard around the edges. Please get yourself together because my husband loves this place.

Got all the way home with about half of our food. After spending $60 on two family meals we got home with just the chicken and the biscuits no sides. Missing two family sides of mashed potatoes and two family sides of boat fries.
Biscuits are always stale and hard. Because they pre make everything well before opening. When you order the immediately grab it off of a warmer full to the brim with food.
