My favorite place to grab a bite in Barnesville! The downtown area is so cute and this is the cutest place to sit down to eat. They’ve got a great menu for a small business in a small town. We’ve enjoyed pretty much everything we’ve tried here. Plus they have my favorite cider on the menu available by the pitcher! We’ve had lunch and dinner here both just on a date night with my husband and with a whole crew (party of 8). Every time the food and service have been wonderful. Even the time we had a new server who wasn’t super confident, a regular server stepped in and helped make sure everything went smoothly. I try to stop in anytime we’re in town if they’re open!

It was an elegant dining experience that I did not expect in a small town like Barnesville. The service was awesome and the food was even better! I highly recommend the brussel sprouts and the prime rib!

Not impressed at all. Coming from a family that owned 2 Italian restaurants in New York this place did not impress me. The drinks were weak and the rack of lamb was primarily fat. The shrimp scampi had little taste to it. I will say the tiramisu was very good. Soft, moist and just enough sweetness to it. We waited 20 minutes for drinks to arrive which was not the fault of the server but of the bartender who only had 5 people at the bar so no excuse for that. For a $150 dinner tab, we expected much better quality of food. I am guessing that being in Barnesville not many people know what true Italian food should taste like.
So we tried it but definitely will never go back.

First time coming here today, we came for lunch. Server was attentive and very nice, he kept our drinks filled and was on top of his stuff and knew the menu very well. I ordered the gnocchi with Italian Sausage and peppers. Very flavorful and good size lunch portion for a remarkable price. We also had the crab appetizer, they didn’t last long. Fantastic fresh crab flavor paired with the marinara was very good. I’ll be back to say the least. Great atmosphere as well.

I planned my entire rehearsal dinner with the old chef and he ghosted me! I called the week of to confirm and of course they had no idea what I was talking about because of the old chefs horrible professionalism. However, everyone was so kind! They worked together calling me and facetiming me to create my rehearsal dinner. They honored my made menu and deal with the past chef and everything came out perfect! The new owner is so kind and really saved my rehearsal dinner! Plus the food and service was amazing!

Top quality food and won’t break the bank. A place like you drove to a city. Just don’t have the traffic and crowds of a city.
Tried the place for the first time tonight. Ordered an old fashioned and a margarita with sugar not salt. Drinks arrived and the margarita had salt, the old fashioned was simply a water down shot of bourbon. Explained this and they refused to correct it. Paid for our 2 drinks and left. Would rather spend my money elsewhere.
Had a wonderful date with my wife Kristi Jessee. The food at Mangia on main was amazing!! Wes was the best server and our chief was outstanding!!

Made reservations for Valentine's, which is my husband's birthday, because he loves Italian food. We were looking forward to our evening because we never go out on that day but figured going some place that takes reservations would make our evening enjoyable. We arrived there on time but was seated 30 minutes late. We had our daughter with us and was informed after being seated that the kids menu was not available that evening. We had checked the menu before booking to make sure she would be accommodated and of course the only thing she wanted was on the kids menu. I convinced her to order the ravioli off of the appetizer menu which only came with 6 small pieces which she hated. I can't say the rest of us was impressed with our food either. The atmosphere was extremely loud. We were not able to have a conversation and enjoy the company of our party because the music volume overwhelmed conversations so people were talking louder which made the place even noiser. The place was busy because of the holiday but I am not convinced that is an excuse for our poor experience. Don't bother addressing issues with them because you just get met with rudeness. I will just take my business else where and will recommend others do the same!!
Food and drinks are always good.... however.... the bar service is soooooooo slow. Like really slow, when u recieve your first drink and you are planning on another go ahead and order that 2nd drink as soon as the 1st arrives...

Food was delicious! You could tell it was made fresh from scratch. The owner/chef was very personable and friendly. The only disappointment was that the entrees don't include free bread. That's one of our favorite things about eating at an Italian restaurant. Warm, soft bread! I ordered the eggplant with Alfredo, and it was the best I have had anywhere! We will definitely be going back. Also, our waiter, Cam was AMAZING!!

My husband and I visited this restaurant based on the reviews while we were in Barnesville and it did not disappoint. We had the mussels for an appetizer, the Caprese side salads, and for the main dishes he got the Chicken Marsala and I got the Chicken Piccata. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. They had a live musician while we were there too, which was a bonus for us since we love listening to live music. All in all, great dinner. Definitely check this place out if you have the chance.

It's honestly terrible!!! I cannot believe anyone that knows what good food is actually supports this place. Had appetizers and entrees.....our family couldn't wait to leave. Sad
