the drive up machine is asking people to pull up and after you pull up they ask the person behind you for their order and then mix up the orders all confused. I tried to tell them and they ain't got time for that. A manager who cares need to fix it.

Do NOT expect to get your food fast here. Just go ahead and assume you'll have to pull around for 10 more minutes while they get their shit together. Every time.

The tea always on point ! The McDonld employee who was at the window who give me my tea. Very, very, very ugly attitude. U can forget a smile, a thank- you. I even told her thank- you. She has no customer service at all. I'm not the one that made your day not good. Be thankful a job !!!!

Compared to my experiences before the pandemic, too many new faces. I always walked in and was greeted and made to feel welcome by so many familiar people. Their skill set matched their enthusiasm and friendliness.
This last time, not so much. Food was alright, but I could tell it wasn't the cook that had been there for years. (I can't quite remember his name and that saddens me.) The atmosphere was friendly. Seemed to me some training was going on or needed to be. And the restaurant needed a thorough cleaning.
Overall: We went there for food and got it. We were served by a nice person.
Dietary restrictions: Being diabetic there's always something. My issues were accomplished.
Parking: Plenty of room. We got front row parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids have always been welcomed.
Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen a person in a wheelchair rolled in and a few adjustments made to accommodate them.

So it says that McDonald’s closes at 1am on Friday so at 10:30pm, my bf and I went to get some dinner after we both got home from work and ordered through the mobile app. We get there and are told that they are out of burgers?? So we have to cancel our order and order something else. When we pull up to the window, we’re told that if we want burgers to come before 10:30 because that’s when they shut off the grill because it takes so long to clean. Why are you shutting off the grill and cleaning it hours before you close? As a cook who frequently works closing shifts I completely understand wanting to get out of there but there’s no reason to shut down the grill when the main thing you sell is burgers. When we got our food it was cold and soggy like it had been sitting in the fryer basket. $30 for cold and soggy food. Completely ruined our dinner and night.
