Says online they close at midnight, I placed an order with the app for pick up around 10pm. I arrive to pick up the food only to find all the lights off and the employees walking out to their cars. when i asked about my order they just shrugged and said i would have to get it tomorrow.

I go mostly in the mornings. The morning crew are always kind and professional to me. If there is a line in the drive thru, they are on top of getting us through quickly.

First mistake I made was going thur drive through i order a McRib no onion and extra pickles lite sauce. What i get is a McRib extra sauce and extra onion NO pickle and the ticket said the same

Every time I order anything for delivery they cancel it within 2 minutes of getting the order. Make it make sense. I suffer from migraines the only fix I’ve found lately is eating their salty fries. 🍟 ugh just plain out ridiculous.

Honestly i dont ever have problems at this location. Of course there are hiccups in any industry but overall my food is fast, fresh & correct. HOWEVER im convinced nobody there knows what ketchup is. Ive only gotten a burger from here like twice that actually had ketchup. What is up with that? Even if i ask for extra. There is literally none.

Everyone there is very unprofessional. Countless times my order has been wrong or they’d let me order then tell me they didn’t have the item AFTER I paid, causing them to get mad at me for asking for a refund. Everyone is very rude, it’s unclean, and unprofessional. Do better.
I simply ordered a Crispy Chicken salad with bacon and received a dry chicken sandwich with bacon. First time back here in years.

I usually don't have any issues with this location but yesterday My son went through earlier and they had given him someone else's order but didn't realize it nthe got home. He yod me so once I got off work I went through to get him whay e originally order earlier, double quarter pounder meal ketchup only. I got the order after waiting for a while, then i checked it real quick the box was labeled correctly so thought it was right. Got home and nope it was a single quarter pounder with everything on it. Also the wait for the drive thru with just a few cars was ridiculous. The driver in front of me sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes before someone answered. The kicker there was a car in front of them that just placed and order. Not sure if they were having an off day yesterday or what but it was frustrating to say the least.
