My drink was not made correctly, nor was my husband's drink. I asked for a double cup and they didn't. I also could not redeem my stars either.

This is a super slow service faux SB inside an Ingels.

We did not order food, just two drinks. So many online orders took priority that the two baristas couldn’t keep up. This is a regular occurrence at this location and I keep giving it another try. But I think today was the last. I understand demand is great for business, but to be so backed up that no one can move through the crowd to pick up their drink when it’s called…is a little more than any customer wants to handle. If this store consistently cannot meet demands in a timely manner it should not offer the full menu and/or should not be in operation. Maybe don’t offer online for this location…?

Looked online Sunday hours stated they closed at 9pm on Sunday. Made the trip to the store just to get a coffee. Walked in at 8.02 pm. Three employees were behind counter and they said sorry were closed. I said it says 9pm online they said nope 8pm. I suggested an edit through google it looks like it was updated.. Just aggravating because had I know I would have planned to arrive earlier but thought I had plenty of time due to incorrect hours posted

Though inside an Ingles, this Starbucks is so clean, professional, and cheerfully well-run that it's a better Starbucks experience than any others I've been to. And I've been to... trust me. Their high-praise is hard won!

A typical inside-bigger-store Starbucks kiosk, but above average experience due to very nice adjacent public seating/work area, and on this occasion they had two friendly people working at the kiosk instead of one, so service was near-instantaneous!

I love everyone who works here I usually come here every morning or after noon and everyone is always super nice. But there is 2 young girls who were not nice and made my coffee wrong twice also didn’t order what I asked for especially the milk choice. Really upset me. Other than that it’s always good

3x now I've paid $6+ for a Venti Iced Coffee to be made wrong, and I throw it out after a few sips. It's the only Starbucks near, so I always chance it, but today was the last chance.Also- other SB a Trenta with the same add-ons is is around 5.25 So this location uncharges more than stand alone store la.

Previously I'd given them a one star due to a young lady standing at the counter without any customers and when I approached she walked away and started cleaning the counter.But there are now 3 young men who were there and each of them were so pleasant and eager to help customers and each other. They all look very young but each were so respectful and provided better customer service than a lot of adults.The drinks here are a hit or miss but that's anywhere with multiple hands in the "pot". But if customer service could be consistent it would definitely ensure returning customers . A drink can be fixed a bad experience often times can not.

Such high hopes for Starbucks. It’s such a hit or miss at this store on whether you can actually drink what you ordered. Todays drink was exceptionally disgusting. Curdled sweet cream, very bitter coffee.
