Absolutely disgusting?The guy obviously had a cold and was wiping his snotty nose on his arm. My daughter also found a long black hair in her pizza. The customer service was unacceptable and and rude.The employees were calling people the "N" word and laughing about it. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable... I highly doubt my family will be going back here and will be getting in contact with their corporate.. what a horrible experience and waist of money

very clean place. people seem very nice and service was good. Even inform me about the new sandwiches. Def will come back to this place often. I live in Thomaston and service at both subway so horrible. One location don’t even have toaster every time I go there. I don’t mind driving here because it’s always a great experience. Also the store looks so much better because it was Remodel recently. Must check it out. I will always come back to eat here.

Store hours say open until 10 pm. Pulled up at 9pm and the place was closed. Either update your hours or stay open until 10!

Worst Subway I've ever been to. They skimp on portion sizes. They don't accept coupons, even though the coupons come in the mail, and they are the only Subway in town.
The food was mediocre at best.

Very unprofessional people, need better workers who actually know what good customer service is. The two rude ladies with attitudes tonight declined service to us even though it stated that they close at 10 on the website and on the door. We walked in at 9:25pm and they were still making food but decline to service me and my three friends. Both of the ladies didn’t have hair and are heavy sets. I’ve provided pictures.

It is hard to mess up a Subway sandwich if it's made the way you were trained... But whoever hires the people to work at this particular store but they are poor at their job. Nothing is ever 100% correct whenever I go to this location but I'm a glutton for punishment seeing as i still go to to it as it's less than 2 miles from my house. This will be the first time I've made a complaint. Is a very small complaint but little things add up. I ordered two foot long sandwiches online and in the notes section for my order not only request was for heavy mayonnaise and for sandwiches to be cut into thirds. The sandwiches were cut into halves and I've had more mayonnaise come out of a packet than what was on the sandwich. I'm not big on complaints but when fast food workers around the country are requesting higher wages I'm requesting higher diligence on my food. And if Subway is wanting need to pay a dollar per inch for a sandwich, they need to worry about hiring somebody that can make a damn sandwich. Last straw, last visit, first and last complaint.The silver lining to my order was that by ordering online they had a coupon to use for a footlong BOGO. 'FLBOGO' IS THE CODE IF ANYONE SEES THIS IN TIME TO USE IT.

they guy that worked march 1st 2024 at 8:20pm was very rude to us! we placed an order in the parking lot and then went in to get our drinks and see if they had the footlong cookie and ask soon as we walked in he asked the name so i told him and he said “we literally just got it like 3 seconds ago” … we hadn’t even made it to the counter when he asked that so it’s not like we were right up in his face. then i asked my boyfriend if he wanted to get the cookie and before i could finish asking the boy interrupted me and said “we don’t have that” …. VERY rude boy! will not be coming back here bc of his attitude! if you hate your job and people find a new one!

Didn't get to take the food, but I'm sure it would have been a good sandwich. We didn't stay for the atmosphere, but the place was empty.The attendant was quick, and polite, but couldn't accept our coupon which was THE reason we drove down there. Decided to go somewhere else for lunch.The owners decision, for whatever reason, earned a 2 star for service.
