Placed order online and when I got to the store only the drive through was open and the line was out to the road. Some people left and I finally got to the speaker where I was told to pull around 38 minutes later I got my food 🙃

Was waiting at the drive throw for 30 minutes wish I was joking but no and then I pull to the windows I see them hiding behind a counter you guys need better staff ......update went back the next day and the indoor dinning was closed its 2:33pm

This was my first time visiting the new-ish Taco Bell in Barnesville. I made my order online and chose to pick up in the drive thru. When I arrived the place was empty, except for the employees. I got to the speaker and told the employee my name and she asked for me to repeat it and then pull forward. No problem. I get to the window and she asked my name again…so I told her and then she immediately told me to back my car up to the yellow pole until the food was ready. I’m assuming to stop a timer. I backed up and waited a couple minutes and she waved me forward, put sauces in the bag and handed me the bag haphazardly and went back to whatever she was doing before I disturbed her. I figured since it took a couple of minutes to get the food together it was gonna be well prepared. It was not… I ordered two Doritos locos tacos for my son and he was excited to try it. Opened it up and I thought it was just a shell. Had to open both of the tacos up to find a thin line of meat at the bottom of the shell. I ordered a Mexican pizza and pizza hardly had cheese on it or even the beans and tomatoes. Because of the way the bag was handled when giving it to me, what little toppings and cheese there was, got stuck to the lid of the box. Absolutely the worst fast food experience. I will not be going back and would advise others to stay away unless you enjoy overpaying for the lowest quality food and service.

Sitting in line on buggy days 45minutes. No one answered drive thru called in to restaurant was told they have to put drive thru on hold to clear the lobby due to being short staff. They ignored the drive thru. Horrible place to come to be a new restaurant in town.

Welcomed by 3 employees as soon as we walked in. Dining room was clean. Cashier was phenomenal, kind and very helpful with our order and really knew her ingredients. Food was hot. Tacos were full. Go see them, you won’t be disappointed.

i’ve made multiple complaints, trips, and calls just about the nacho fries, they don’t come with any seasoning and i asked for extra one day and one worker was rude and added WAYY to much to the point i couldn’t eat it. i’ve asked for a manager on the phone she said she was the manager and she was EXTREMELY rude to me. she just starting saying blah blah blah literally. and hung up in my face once i asked for someone else. just overall never worth the nacho fries nor the service. one time happened literally tonight. june 25 at 1130pm night time. i’ve gotten dinner and it’s been terrible and put extra beans when i asked for none.
