Incompetence at its worst. I rarely go there because of the lack of good service. I never get what I order. They always leave something out. When you wait to get what you want it turns out to be wrong. As much as they charge to start with I prefer to go somewhere else. The only reason I ever do is because my granddaughter loves Wendy's. If you need Wendy's, go to the next town.

Ordered over an hour before close... they don't have chili, frostys or baked potatoes...I ordered over mobile, and they can't refund the things they don't have, and are super picky about substituting things, even if it's the same cost. That said they are cleaning everything getting ready for close... with over an hour left until close... I have never received such poor service from a restaurant before (not the staff fault that the owner is making them shut down before closing). Also the restaurant smelled like weed they time they opened the window

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Everyone was nice and always said "have a blessed day" with a smile! I haven't had many good experiences with going or eating at Wendy's but I will definitely go back to the one in Barnesville.
I'd give five stars, but no veterans or AARP discounts.

We honestly did not get to experience the atmosphere here because only the drive-thru was open. The food was mediocre at best. We got the biggie bags. It seems that the hamburgers have gotten very small. The bacon cheeseburger what's pretty good but tasted mostly of the condiments. The chili was good but it was not very well cooked, after the beans were kind of hard. The chicken nuggets were pretty good because of the sauces, but they were cooked a little bit hard for my preference. The service was pretty good, although slow seeing how there were very few customers. The value meal / biggie bag is a very good bargain and it fills you up. We will visit Wendy's again for that reason.
