Clean and professional staff. Mary, the GM, was very helpful. I had a shoulder breach from surgery and she stepped up to assist me.

I normally have a very excellent experience here. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. . The crew goes over and beyond.
With that being said, the general manger Mary, needs a refresher course on customer service and the way she speaks with the employees

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Never fails to disappoint. Most recently I ordered five items but received one item that I actually ordered and two Cinnabons I didn’t order. This store needs a management overhaul or the Wendy’s name taken off the building. App offers no way to resolve issues and this store never gives you your full order. I have never once gone to this Wendy’s and received all my items. Even McDonald’s has figured out how to mark something as not available on their app.

Yes here it is pouring down rain but I was hungry for biscuit gravy. So I go down to Wendy’s and order me a biscuit gravy. And you give me a sausage biscuit. If the people working there I don’t know the difference between a sausage biscuit and a gravy biscuit they need to be fired and the manager needs to be replaced if he can’t teach your employees the difference between a sausage biscuit and gravy biscuit he needs to be fired too. You can’t never get good service anymore specially at Wendy’s so don’t waste your time
There is an older lady there im guessing she's an manager but she is very rude and disrespectful she has poor customer service and communication skills. Ive been of victim and have experienced first hand ive also watched others get poorly treated by her big, small, short, tall, older & young. She should get a job at home with the negativity she carries with her, she is quick to ruin ones mood and she doesn't care. She is such a negative person and i dont like it at all and i do not recommend, the staff is very nice and helpful though😊.

Food and service was great however there was at least 5 cars of law enforcement there and they were outside the door talking to an employee and someone who looks like the manager or owner. While I was there in drive thru another law enforcement pulled up. I left so not sure what happened. However the employees inside continued to work and I thought that was very professional. They was getting those drive through orders out

Typical Wendy's. Our food was fresh and hot, yes even the fries were good. (Usually their fries taste like dirt & cold, but NOT TODAY) Cashiers were not as inviting as they should be but it was still a good visit.

I like Wendy's it's the only fast food I will eat. Lady at the drive thru was rude to my husband. She was busy talking to others. She missed 1/2 the order & we had to reorder at the window.
