Fries were very undercooked and underseasoned. The person at the drive thru window handed me a beverage with soda dripping down the sides of the cup and pooled to the brim of the top of the lid which spilled all over me and the inside and outside of my car.

I've ordered from this location several times and they seem to be going down. Ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and it was decent. The nibblers that I ordered had the bun burnt and inedible. Ended up feeding it to the dog. My mom got a house salad and they only put about 5 small pieces of chicken in it. The service was still great but I feel like the cooks need some training. I tried to go on Facebook to contact them directly and it won't let me select the location to continue with the messaging.

I was finally able to go to the website they provided to put in my complaint. It still took me 10 minutes to select the location. I would suggest that instead of using Google maps for the store location, just use a pull down selection tab to make it easier. No need to make it more complicated for customer service.

We have given Zaxby’s many chances & they are terrible. The food is always wrong. The service is horrendous. You would think they would train the teenagers who run this place at night better. They actually act like they don’t have a clue. Why am I waiting 25 minutes for an order so they can complete door dash orders. Extremely incompetent!!

My husband and I ate there tonight almost at closing so we had to sit in the car. My wings we HARD and DRY. His blue Zalad was the worst from a Zaxbys he has EVER had! Even the lettuce tasted old. We both took maybe 2 bites and had to throw our food away! They locked the doors so we could not complain! DO BETTER!

Went in and order lemon pepper wings waiting for 30s while everyone behind me 20 plus people got there food before me finally got my food spoke with manager that pretty much told me she didn’t care terrible that it one of the only places to eat in barnesville so you have to eat there at least once a week

I usually eat here for lunch so today I went here. I've NEVER experienced such a slow place in my life. I only have an hour for lunch. It took almost my entire lunch break to get my order! Not called for. Other than that it was ok
