Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They got my friend doordash order wrong and instead of taking accountability the manager for the night, Roxanne, said “it’s not our responsibility to check the food before the DoorDasher grabs it” which I think isn’t right because from my experience as a former zaxbys worker you are most definitely supposed to check the food before it even gets in the bag. I called back after she rudely interrupted my friend and told her that doordashers can’t check nor even open the bag and before I could finish my sentence she hung up in my face. I hope this isn’t how Zaxbys actually operates nor if they train their MANAGERS to rudely cut off customers nor take accountability for a simple mistake that was made.

its been 30 minutes and I still have not gotten my food I ordered two wings and things. Horrible service.

Food was thrown in my bag any kind of way. I asked for my order cooked fresh because it NEVER IS. Got my egg rolls and they were so burnt and crispy I couldn’t even eat them. Also while I was waiting on my food at the drive thru I saw an older lady (grey and black hair) fixing a milkshake she wiped the dripping ice cream off the cup with her finger and she also licked her fingers. She took a cherry for the milkshake with the same finger she licked and put it on that milkshake. So disgusting!!!!

Waited at the front for an hour , asked MULTIPLE TIMES about the order and got told after waiting for 45 minutes that they were bagging it . 15 minutes after that the girl told us that our order had been refunded because they ran out of boneless wings . this was only two meals we were waiting on and we knew nothing until an hour later and left with no food . Absolutely do not come here ! (To make it even worse this was planned to be dinner for my baby who had been waiting an hour for it to be ready and now we have to make other plans )

Got a 5 pc boneless it and they were fried hard...very hard and they were cold. I was traveling or I would have taken them back. Fries were good and hot.

Parking: There's plenty of spaces to park around the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's close and convenient for you to get out of your vehicle. And in the store you can access the area and place your order.

Zaxby's is well run and always gives good service, but I hate the food. Everything just seems artificial to me and not real food. The only thing I will eat there is the Cheddar Bites, but, for some crazy reason, they have stopped offering marinara sauce, so I'm basically left with a drink while others eat. But that's just my opinion.

After spending $40 on food, we discovered sauce leaked all throughout our bag because food was put into a sideways bag. After speaking with a female night shift manager, we were told “we can’t do anything about that”. So we had to literally use gloves to get food from the bottom that was covered in sauce. I’ve NEVER experienced this before and use to work togos and would NEVER give this to a customer

Had the great 8 boneless wing meal. Only gave 6 Wings and they were extremely tiny. Everything else was fine. Employees extremely rude as well

Service was great and everyone there was really kind! My food was prepared and ready in record time, however I when I looked at my food, the tenders were extremely small, fries had barely any seasoning, and the coleslaw was bland. Because of the incredible service, I would be willing to try here again, but would hope to see better food at my next visit.
