I took off one star from "atmosphere" because this DQ went way above any expectations getting this place open after hurricane Helene -- before power was restored, the entire crew working like crazy in no air conditioning while maintaining their composure and friendly interaction with a madhouse group of customers like me. I went inside ftakeout. We love the crispy chicken salad -- better at this Baxley location than most others we have tried

Came to this dairy queen during a baseball tournament to cool off. My order was started by one lady who was so kind and sweet. I was then passed off to a younger worker with dark hair, she has zero personality and was rude. She messed up my order and proceeded to the table where we were sitting to come pay for the other things we ordered. I can not believe after her mistake and rudeness I was then expected to pat for her mistake. Glad I do not live in the area because I would not be returning to this location. I even talked to a female manager and she was just like ok. Unbelievable

I was charge 3.29 for extra meat on my salad. It like a different price everytime. But seriously, 3 29 for extra chicken. That insane to pay the price of the salad then be charge that for extra meat. The lady said it was extra meat but I'm still not sure it was. I know now not spend my money on salads there.
