Dined in for lunch today. Customer service was exceptional . Yes it’s fast food. But it’s really good fast food , the chicken tenders are hand battered and are so much better than what you get a higher end restaurants for a fraction of the price.

Best service and best food. The cashier zoe had a wonderful attitude, a warm smile, and an overall positive attitude. The kitchen cook Willis did the most wonderful job making my burger it was heated nicely and everything tasted fresh

I went there, and someone had a bright idea to change the Bread!!! I mean how can you mess up Bread?! 👀 🤯🤷 Hardee’s needs too go back to the original Bread that they had and NOT THAT CHEAP POTATO BREAD! They WILL NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS VERY DISAPPOINTED. ☹️

I placed my order and looked in the bag but once I got home and opened up the burger, it was not what I ordered. Called the restaurant and explained the situation and they blamed me. She asked me, You didn't catch that it was incorrect when the order was repeated back to you? I didn't realize that I needed to perform their job with no pay and to also pay for my own food. Sad thing is, this is the second time this week that Hardee's has messed up my order without any remorse or compensation. Very bad attitudes!!

This was my first time ever going to Hardee's....Don't have any in my area up north and we decided to dine in...My family and I were pleasantly surprised! Scale of 1-10 (lowest-highest): Food 10. Service 10. Cleanliness 10!!! Seems like a very good group of people running the restaurant, and they are 100% family oriented!! Plus Tim (in the kitchen), **I hope I got his name correct** comped us an extra burger for the road!! Highly recommend Hardees of Baxley! They are WINNERS!

Never really had Hardee's before but their breakfast food is great. I got the number 4 and it was so delicious. So was the blueberry thing we got. The lady taking out order was a bit mean but the service was fast.
The food was amazing! Stephanie went above and beyond helping me to decide and made sure my food was hot and ready in a timely manner!!! Will definitely be going back!
