Our waitress Heather was amazing and so friendly. She didn't even have to write down our order and everything was great. She checked on us and our drinks never ran out. We had a not so good seat and was offered to move to a more comfortable one. Stay in Alma and drive here for the good service and food.

Stop by on Black Friday, they were busy but we got greeted at the door sat as soon as tables were clean. Our server, Ms Heather was great! She was working both the window and tables with big orders. The staff was pleasant and the food was great.

Absolutely terrible service. Have to sit at the window for 7 or 8 minutes for someone to come to the window, just to be told that my 1 burger is gonna take 20 minutes longer than the pick up time I was given at in the app. Last time I waste time and money at this horrible restaurant.

Upon getting to our hotel, we saw a display sign for Huddle House. After seeing the pics, I excitedly ordered the Huddle Burger. We had our order delivered. It was here very quickly! It looked nothing like the picture. It was seriously the worst burger I have ever had!! For the price, highly disappointed!!

Food was good. Had to approach staff to place an order. People were yelling in the parking lot and picking up an order late at night I didn't feel welcomed or very safe.

Dropped in at lunch on 10/21 just as one waitress, who I learned was serving my table, was leaving the building with her children. Ten to fifteen minutes later she returned. Our order was taken by the other waitress before our waitress returned to work . Her family's food was served and a second order placed and served to their table. We still had no food. After having waited more than 30 minutes, we left money on the table for coffee and went to another restaurant.
