I would literally do a 0 if I could after going up there twice tonight to try and get an order corrected it was oh we are out of this for the night instead of worrying about trying to make the situation right I ask for a refund and didn’t even get the full refund and the girl acted like it was a whole problem that I asked for a refund I definitely will not be returning especially after this

The service is awful, Placed an online order just for them to bring it to me and not have everything, then the manager on staff has an attitude when told about the missed items waited forever to get said missed items, Will not go here anymore. DONT ORDER ON THERE APP ITS A WASTE OF TIME!

THIS VISIT WAS EXCELLENT!!! We haven’t patronized this location in a while due to taste/temp of food and the attitude of some of the employees, particularly management. However today was excellent! Greeted when we entered the doorway and even though they were busy all of them were smiling!!! At the register we were greeted again WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE and a GENUINE tone in her voice as to what she truly could get for us today. Food was fast to come out and HOT & FRESH! Love the new manager - busy but willing to briefly speak to you!!! Will return soon!!!

Last time there was horrible. Chicken was way over cooked and so dried out that I couldn't even eat it. I waited for 25 minutes in an empty store. I used to like KFC,but not anymore.

The guy taking our order was under the influence of something! Everything was wrong with the order and it took forever to resolve this issue!

The workers and management was horrible!! We waited in line for 10 minutes before being waited on ..and there were only 2 ppl in front of us. While we were ordering, about 4 more ppl came inside. I watched the ppl behind the counters and was baffled at how slow they were moving. Like they didn't have a care in the world...to me, this is why they weren't able to provide service...not being short staffed. The manager was sitting in the office and he came outside and seen there were ppl waiting ( which They only had one register open) and he seemed to of panicked bc he grabbed the keys and went to the front door and side door and locked them saying we gotta get caught up!! So, we were locked inside and ppl were outside trying to get in. This lasted about an hour. At one time there were 3 ppl that needed out the door to leave. They stood there probably 5 minutes B4 they were finally let out. There were several people who kept beating on the door....I noticed an online order waiting for pickup and wondered if one of those ppl beating on the door was waiting to pick up their order. I could not believe that he locked us in. What if a fire or an emergency had happened!! We weren't given a receipt at first, so as we were trying to get out I went and got it so I can report them. If you don't have enough employees to cover the shifts .. don't open!!! I will NOT be giving them my service ever again!!

Pulled up to windows 20 minutes in, get to order kiosk and was told sorry it will be twenty minutes b4 we can help you,people it was 6:30 PM I had already waited twenty minutes, these people are rude and act entitled
