This is the worst McDonald's that I and my wife have ever been to. Everytime we go there they mess up our order. Went through the drivethru today, ordered two quarter pounders with cheese and two medium fries. When they finally brought the order (had to pull up and wait as usual with only two cars in the drivethru) they brought out the order. Only gave us one French fry. The person that took the order only put one fry on the order. They never pay attention to people's orders. Whoever is the manager of this McDonald's needs to either retrain there employees or fire all of them and hire new employees and train them the right way. THIS MCDONALD'S IS REALLY BAD!!

I have a nephew that works there and I have to go there regularly. The staff make me feel like family, they usually have my regular milkshake and chicken sandwich ready and they get my nephew the news that Unc is there and the food is consistently good and ready in a timely manner. That K'leb that works all around the resturaunt is going places and has a bright future like the rest of the team

I just spent 11.09$ and I gave the employee 12$ I didn’t receive my change back then I ordered sauce with my meal and didn’t get either one I ordered terrible customer service at night

Okay so let's be honest if we can. When going out to eat at a fast food restaurant you are eating fast food, I'm not expecting a fine dining experience at McDonald's but I do expect courteous staff, good food and cleanliness. On my trip to McDonald's the other day I went through the drive thru my total was $9.73, I handed the cashier $20 at the first window and she handed me the paper change folded up in the receipt and the cents on top, I put the change in my center console not thinking of counting the money, that was my mistake. A little over an hr later I get to my destination pull the receipt with the money folded in it, to put it into my wallet when I unfold the receipt and money there is $5 missing. I call the McDonald's and ask to speak to the manager the woman who answers states I am one, I said you are a manager, she says yes, I tell her what happened and she says she will count the drawer and call me after she does so. I'm thinking she means right then so I wait 3 hours and since I didnt hear anything I call back, same woman answers and I confirm it is the same woman I spoke to earlier, she states she hasn't counted it yet and will do so after 4 pm and call me. I never got a call from the manager who stated she would call me after counting the drawer. You can come to your own conclusion, my mistake was not counting my change, their mistakes are too many to count.

Several employees saw me. But wouldn't come over. They kept hollering a name, but I knew she was on break. It was nice they didn't have the kiosk. Food was good. & When she came off break, she was very nice.
Line always goes decently fast. Food orders are always right. Fries are always fresh and salty. Employees are friendly.
