I ordered online for delivery in Baxley, Ga. then called to update my phone number, realizing the app still had my old number. I was put on hold and must have been forgotten about. Tried to contact corporate- impossible. Went to store was treated rudely and told order not only not started but not even on order screen. I realize they are short handed. But rudeness was not neccessary. Very bad experience.

Roaches everywhere, the staff is very rude and unprofessional they yelled at me and my family when we first walked in. Very unprofessional business

They charged my card after I picked up a to go order. Then refused to refund me the money. Who tips when you order take out? Then when comforted they couldn’t find the original receipt and blamed the online system. Just be cautious when getting your orders from them. Even if you place a zero with a line through it they still add a tip. Will not be doing business with this hut again and definitely will think twice before eating at another one.

No drivers on a Friday night but still taking online deliveries. Waited and hour and thirty minutes just to find out it was sent to door dash. How does a pizza place on a Friday night not have drivers?????

I do not leave reviews,but I had to on this one.Placed an order online went to pick up.I literally stood there for 12 minutes while younger girl Was chit chatting on the phone and did nothing during that time as an employee.She just looked at me and laughed Multiple times. Place reeked of marijuana and Felt very racially profiled,And I haven’t felt that way years.My family will never eat at the Baxley Pizza Hut ever again.

Jason at Pizza Hut in Baxley ga by title max got my order wrong , was very rude Rand hung up the phone on me . I was suppose to get a buffalo chicken melt. I basically got bread cheese and salsa . He does not need to work with the public
Last I heard they are not open because company will not fix air conditioner. Not to mention my orders are never correct.
