Jason at Pizza Hut in Baxley ga by title max got my order wrong , was very rude Rand hung up the phone on me . I was suppose to get a buffalo chicken melt. I basically got bread cheese and salsa . He does not need to work with the public

They made a mistake with my pizzas but went above and beyond to fix it by far the best customer service I have seen in years thank you guys!!!
Last I heard they are not open because company will not fix air conditioner. Not to mention my orders are never correct.

My food was great! It was hot and made just as I requested. If the customer service person had been friendly it would have been an excellent experience. I felt like an inconvenience even though were the only two people in the restaurant.
Ordered a pizza for delivery, then they say it will be delivered by door dash, still charged me a 5 dollar delivery fee , which they didn’t deliver, then I had to tip the door dash person , through with Pizza Hut

I ordered two medium pizzas. Both were very brown (toppings and crust), over cooked, and hard. I’m not typically one to complain, but the pizzas were not good. I don’t think we’ll order from Pizza Hut again.
