Drive through employees are very sweet, not usually a problem with our orders. However here recently when we order pupcups through the drive thru (that do cost $1) there is hardly to no whipped cream in the cups. We go frequently to get us milkshakes and our dog a treat. Has been very disappointing because it was not initially like this. Cups were initially full. Looking for other restaurants that offer the fun treat for our girl.

This is the best Chick-fil-A around this area, but there are some issues. As far as the food and service, it's usually outstanding. Sometimes the fries are too greasy and not hot, but sometimes excellent. The regular employees who have been there a long time are so friendly and attentive. This Monday and Tuesday the brand new cashier wasn't able to get simple orders correct. Give more training and if they can't do it let them go. This is the first time I've seen an employee here not know at all what she's doing. My biggest complaint is it's too busy at lunchtime. Many times there are no seats and I have to eat outside or in my car. There's not enough parking during busy times. The population is exploding in this area and their empty building across the street should be opened as well because this one restaurant can't support the amount of people in this area now.

I called to talk to a manager Ally gets on the phone I say I have hair on my lid and my fries is cold and to much SALT.well she tell me that the hair didt come from them and Thanks for calling. You talking everything else instead of apologizing For Bad SERVICE. . I'm disappointed in Chick-fil-A just lost a customer

Very delicious food and very kind people. I am typically served by Hannah who is a nice person and always recognizes my girlfriend and I. This Chick-fil-A has always been very clean and even when something on my order is incorrect they fix it promptly and are not disrespectful.

Ordered a mobile around at 10:07 for the purpose of it being ready in case I showed up at 10:32 past breakfast. I get there however at exactly 10:30 scan the QR code and it deletes my order telling me breakfast is over. What is the point of having mobile orders if one they don’t start them til you're already at the restaurant and still have to wait defeating the purpose of it being ready to go, and deleting my order that I ordered ahead of time for the purpose of having the breakfast meal already prepped before breakfast ended like any other mobile order restaurant. Wasted my time and gas.
Love this Chick-fil-A. I eat at many different Chick-fil-As around the area often, and this location is by far my favorite

Hands down worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to. Had high expectations and it was just so disappointing. After going to other locations around North East Georgia I was shocked with this one. They give out tiny portions from the chicken to the fries. Literally have never seen a Chick-Fil-A not fill up the fry container. Asked for more and they threw this one in the trash and gave me even less lol. Slow service inside the restaurant as well when taking an order, just an awful experience in general.
