Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Stood and waited for ten minutes while the employee behind the counter made a doordash order for someone who wasn’t there. Been here before and never had an issue but will not be returning. Horrible service covered by a fake apology.

This place is worse than the worst McDonald's or any other fast food place iv ever been too and thats saying something the one in Athens is pretty good not this one.

From, the few times we have visited the Bethlehem location, the inside was dirty-lots of tables needed to be cleaned, along with the floors. Whoever is cooking the hamburgers needs to stop using salt. If someone wants salt on their burger, they can add it. Very unhealthy and doesn't taste good.

I enjoy the food at Freddy’s. But Bethlehem location is not just slow, but they are slow in a “I wish I didn’t work here” way. Slow with a smile is much better then slow with no explanation. It just doesn’t take much to smile and address that y’all are slow.

poorly made, boxes smashed/broken and i used drive thru. $49 for sloppy...bad tasting food is not good. wont b back

Although this is such a long overdue review, I visited this location at the end of April and was serviced by the wonderful assistant manager Cadence! Cadence was an absolute delight and made my experience so pleasurable and exceptional. She is such a sweetheart which makes the food even better if you ask me lol. Definitely happy to have met her and for her to have been so kind to me!

Food is good & plentiful.
Orange frosty okay.
Tots & Patty melt good.
Turtle Sunday was my favorite.😋

I am so disappointed. I ordered the strawberry shake and you couldn’t even tell it was a shake. It was straight up ice cream in a milkshake cup. However the onion rings were pretty good. I like the jalapeño fry sauce as well.

The half and half turtle 🐢 sundae is my favorite...burgers are always 🔥 and fresh

4/15 So today I go in for a chili dog. Was even asked did I want everything on it . I get home and I have a plain hot dog 🌭 for over $7 dollars. Next time I'll just go to Quick trip and get 2 for $3.50. Very disappointed considering I hadn't been here in months....added my mustard at home 😕

Great first time experience!

Come here often with my husband and we often have an enjoyable experience. Today exceed any experience we have ever had.
It was thanks to Shyanne. She greeted us, took our order with such a radiating positive attitude that it has to be one of my top customer experience ever.
I also saw Cierra who always gives us a great customer experience and is such a hard worker. I enjoy seeing this team together ❤️.

I don’t know what has happened at this location, but the service has taken a nose dive. The last few times I went through the drive thru I’ve had to literally flag someone down because they forgot about me. Cars in front of me left because it was taking so long. Maybe you will have better luck if you go inside but they need to get that drive-through figured out.
