During our recent visit, we encountered multiple issues that significantly diminished our dining experience. Our waitress, Alicia, was unprofessional and consistently rushed us throughout the entire visit, from ordering to being hurried out of the restaurant. When I requested to review the bill prior to payment, she refused and would not allow us to see it until after payment had already been processed.
Additionally, my wife found hair in her food, which we promptly reported to the manager. Despite the fact that approximately half of her meal was returned and not consumed, the manager applied a deduction of only $1.15 to the bill. As a result, my wife left without having a proper meal, and we were still charged an unreasonable amount.
The handling of both the service and food safety concerns was inadequate and did not meet acceptable standards of customer service. We left the establishment dissatisfied and disappointed with how the situation was addressed.

Horrible customer service. We waited for over 10mins with several waiters and waitresses walking by and would even looking at us but none would stop to even take out drink over. The table next to us saw their waitresses 3 times but she wouldn’t even acknowledge us so we left and won’t be back

To be honest, we haven't been to the iHop location in over a year, until this past weekend. In the past, we have had the worst experiences but something has changed. On December 6th, we probably had one of the best experiences! Jenn was an AMAZING waitress, the food was hot, fresh and delicious and the kids are begging to go back!
So thankful for new management or whatever the changes were, because this is really the only sit down breakfast option in our area. We will definately be back very very soon, as long as we can sit in Jenn's section!
If i could leave 10 stars i would Went in last night (Sunday Night) and my server was Connor and he let us know immediately that the food was going to take longer than usual because of a new cook, and while it was only him and another server running around helping everyone and other customers being very rude to him especially, he stayed calm and very apologetic. This kiddo definitely needs a raise, he was so professional and so kind and so apologetic. Big rave for the management for training their employees so well.

They were extremely busy but got everyone in within 30 minutes. We needed a table for two and only waited 10 minutes. The food was awesome. It was way better than other IHOPs I've been to. I had a Colorado omelette and asked for extra cheese. They did not disappoint with the extra cheese.
