During my service I had to ask the worker to change her gloves because she was changing songs on her earbuds and then continue to try and make my sandwich. Prior to making the Togo order she dealt money and came out the back with no apron on. They usually don’t speak so customer service has always been subpar. I was charged twice for my order after the clerk yelled your card declined even though I had an approval notification on my phone.

I ordered a hot sandwich and my total was $17. When I got my order, it was on the wrong bread. Isabelle, the girl working, was pitching a fit about having to remake it. A different worker offered to remake it and he was very nice, however she should be fully capable to do it. It’s not my fault she made my order wrong, and it certainly isn’t wrong of me to expect my order to be right when I paid $17 for it. I shouldn’t have to feel so incredibly uncomfortable to get the food I paid for, I got a refund and would rather not return even though I was in there often.

I ordered a philly while my wife ordered a deli sandwich.. They fully cooked the meat But then let it sit there So that he could start ten other orders on the grill.. The kid was so eager to finish his work that he wanted to finish all of the sandwiches at once. So there my sandwich sat while my wife ate half of her sub. Then had to stop eating so that we could wait for my sandwich... Then when I told the guy to just give me the sandwich off the grill, he hadn't even put cheese on it. The kid.
Gave me an attitude and sarcastically told me to enjoy my sandwich When he handed it to me..

I just placed an online order to go pick up. This bowl was embarrassingly empty. I am not the type to complain but I cannot believe I wasted my money on this.

First time back to Jersey Mike’s in a long time and It did not disappoint. We moved and there is not one near our new house. Anyway, they know how to make a great sub. Only complaint, as with pretty much every sub shop, is that the workers asking questions don’t EVER talk loud enough to be heard over the glass. Just kinda have to guess what they aren saying and even after you say “could you repeat that” 3 or 4 times, they still refuse to speak louder.Oh well, I guess one can mumble and Still fix a great sub.

4 people standing around doing nothing, resteruant full of customers and 1 person filling to go orders while everyone else waiting in line, after a 20 min wait, I got 1 of my 2 sandwiches and just decided to pay for that 1 and go. only then did someone say, hey ill get that coming right up for you. No thanks, should have done that first off.As I was paying, the cashier drops a to go order sandwich in the floor, picks it up and puts in the the bag for the online order.....disgusting.I will never step foot back in that poorly ran and operated establishment.

I DoorDash lunch from here pretty often. The veggie sub is seriously the best thing that ever went into my mouth. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
