Idc about all the people saying that it's bad, I love my chicken tenders and grapes. The service was fantastic, my tenders were cooked to perfection. Don't get me started on the bread, it's my favorite part of the whole experience. 10/10 I DO recommend

We placed a to go order and we get home and I have like the smallest amount French fries and my wife’s steak is extremely tiny. For $45 this is extremely upsetting. This is the second time they have given inaccurate orders. I’m done with this longhorn

Only reason I’ll give a two star on the food is because the steaks are always burned out on a dirty grill. I understand the steak being charred off the grill but it’s too much. I complained about my steak being charred off and overcooked. The next steak I had was undercooked and over charred. Make this right

I had to come and brag about the great service received on a Sunday afternoon visit to this location. The restaurant was pretty packed but we got seated very quickly. Upon being seated we were immediately greeted by Jared the star of my whole visit. Jared started off by asking us about drinks and then went the extra mile by recommending which appetizers off the menu was his favorite! (Who does that anymore? Jared does!) awesome experience from the time the food came to keeping our drinks full! Thanks Jared you really set the standard to what a good waiter should be! Awesome job!

This location was not the best on today's visit. The service was very slow and the food came out cold. Where we were seated the table across from us was empty but had a lot of trash that no one bothered to pick up the entire time we were there which was about a hour. Probably won't return.

Sigh i just wanted food for my dad's 65th birthday. It's sad how the restaurants are just going downhill with politeness and customer satisfaction. But hey, it is 3 stars so I can't expect greatness lol.
Pro- we got the ribs. food was kinda good. Fries had wayy too much seasoning though.
Cons - just a mess from start to finish 1. Called prior to showing up to modify order, no ring or answer. It's as if the phones aren't even connected. 2. A text is sent so you can click the link and type in what parking spot you're at, the link never worked. Consistently got an error message. 3. Now having 0 choice, I walk in, wait at the bar at few mins and get 0 help. I've apparently become an invisible statue because I'm standing at the to-go section and see 3 employees, including a manager and bartender, just ignored my presence. Mind u, the To-go station is AT THE BAR where the bartender is standing but he's just chatting away having a ball. After walking up to his face and asking for help, he tried to apologize, like that was supposed to help after seeing me and ignoring me 🤨😒🤣🤣. Won't be back. Save your money and just cook ribs and steak at home lol.
