The food was cooked to perfection, and the customer service was outstanding. I was informed that my pizza would be ready at a specific time, but it was completed in half that time. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning. The prices were also very reasonable.

The pizza place is literally two minutes from my house. But since I have small children, I requested a delivery at 6:34. The delivery guy picked up the pizza at 6:57 and brought it at 8:pm, he said he got lost, the pizza was totally cold.

The flavor at Marco's is better than most pizza restaurants I've ordered from. Marco's isn't my usual spot, but I think it will be my first choice going forward. It's a little out of my way, and they don't deliver to my area. It's easier to order from my local Pappa John's, which I may still do for convenience. Marco's, however, is definitely a solid choice.

This was our delivery tonight. A half naked pizza with all the cheese shoved onto the side of the box. Did he drop it in the parking lot??? Between the seats? And even if we did want to eat it, the thing is ice cold. This is completely unacceptable. We called and were offered a refund, but they did not offer to replace the ruined pizza. If you read this and still decide to order from them then use door dash so you can adjust the tip as needed.

if i could i would give the bethlehem location a zero. it was just awful. awful customer service and didn’t make the correct pizza we ordered. didn’t want to honor any deals over the phone and told us to go order online. upon arrival they proceeded to ask me why i ordered what i ordered. then when i tried to get the correct pizza that i originally ordered online they wouldn’t let me order it. don’t recommend this location at all.

This place took an hour and a half to serve me with my delivery and then when they wanted to credit me, they wanted to charge me five more dollars for delivery fee and then when I paid that they wanted to deny my service I hate this place this is the worst place ever
