We ordered delivery and the driver went to our neighbor's and almost gave it to them. Could not speak English at all. Request a driver that speaks and understands ENGLISH.

When I walked in to get the to go order there were customers sitting in the booth with a cat walking on the table and when I asked the gentleman about it he just blew it off as soon as big deal. This was the same gentleman that left from making a pizza came and took my cash and went back to making pizza never washing his hand or putting on gloves. They did refund my money when asked so I guess that’s a plus. Never written a single review about a restaurant in my life, but the cat seemed to crazy to pass up.

Of all the pizza chain restaurants, Marco's has been a consistent quality and flavor experience for us. This location (Bethlehem, GA) gave us a great experience and consistent Marco's pizza. We like the pizza so no issues with quality or consistency. We eat at Marco's when traveling and want fast food. The restaurant was very clean. The workers were clean looking. This Marco's location has a dine-in option and the tables and floors were spotless. No weird smells, no greasy glass doors or windows, just clean. That's a big deal after a long work day. If one does not like the flavor of Marco's pizza options, meaning crust styles and toppings, then so be it. But this restaurant was good and clean. And, once again, at least for us, the chain delivered a consistent, know what you're getting, experience.

This location IMHO has gone downhill. $36 for those 2 items that were just OK? IDK with the close to $10 in delivery fees and tip, and to receive that order? Like I said, it's edible and fills your belly.... but other than that it's a rip off and waste of time. For this quality at that price I will go to Little Cesare's next time... HONESTLY.

The food was cooked to perfection, and the customer service was outstanding. I was informed that my pizza would be ready at a specific time, but it was completed in half that time. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning. The prices were also very reasonable.

To go order . Great service . Pizza was a flop ordered a cheese pizza I’m not sure how cheddar cheese ended up on it but it was just nasty . Yuk !
The pizza place is literally two minutes from my house. But since I have small children, I requested a delivery at 6:34. The delivery guy picked up the pizza at 6:57 and brought it at 8:pm, he said he got lost, the pizza was totally cold.

The flavor at Marco's is better than most pizza restaurants I've ordered from. Marco's isn't my usual spot, but I think it will be my first choice going forward. It's a little out of my way, and they don't deliver to my area. It's easier to order from my local Pappa John's, which I may still do for convenience. Marco's, however, is definitely a solid choice.

This was our delivery tonight. A half naked pizza with all the cheese shoved onto the side of the box. Did he drop it in the parking lot??? Between the seats? And even if we did want to eat it, the thing is ice cold. This is completely unacceptable. We called and were offered a refund, but they did not offer to replace the ruined pizza. If you read this and still decide to order from them then use door dash so you can adjust the tip as needed.
