Ordered online as to not wait in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes for our food sitting in the designated parking spot. We went inside to get the food to see it just sitting on the counter. When we went to get the food the manager started cussing at my wife. Telling her the food is for curbside and my wife informed her that we were curbside. So she tells us they couldn’t find us parked up under the big sign that says 2 on it where the receipt on the side of the bag said we would be sitting. Incompetence runs all the way up at this chain. Dont bring ur kids her unless ur ready for them to listen to a foul mouthed manager. Food was cold coffee was cold and sweet tea was warm. I’m completely disappointed in this establishment. If I wanted to be treated this way I’d go to Monroe. I hope management finds this review and fixes the issue.

I got a spicy snack wrap, and literally all of the sauce was at one end of the wrap, horrible distribution. I also got a Big Mack and it was a sloppy mess. Rude workers, slow service, bad food, shame!

I pulled up to the intercom and she told me to wait a moment. I waited for 20 minutes and I was the only person in line. I passed the window up and they were leaning against the register doing nothing. Stop hiring lazy people who don’t want to work or take orders.
