I didn’t get anything because the lady wouldn’t make my order when I initially came in. I asked for a bowl with noodles and instead of giving me noodles in the pan she told me there would be a 3-5 minute wait. I watched the young man working the window prepare three meals with noodles as I waited for noodles for my bowl. The cashier was even confused and asked the lady why I was waiting on noodles. The cashier proceeded to ask me to go ahead and pay and I told her I don’t have any food and nobody even asked me if I wanted a drink or anything else. I looked at the bowl again and there was still noodles in the bowl. I told the cashier that I didn’t want anything anymore.
It felt like the lady making the orders purposely didn’t want to make my order.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this particular Panda Express, and it’s become clear that they struggle with consistency and customer service. They often run out of popular items because they wait until the stock is completely gone before restocking, which can be frustrating if you’re craving something specific. To make matters worse, they frequently close early, sometimes even starting their cleaning process an hour before closing time, which means they won’t serve you during that period.
While the staff can be hit or miss, there are occasions when they are unhelpful and even a bit rude, offering minimal portions and, on rare instances, giving you an attitude. I’ve reached the point where I specifically request to be served by one particular employee who is polite, provides a decent serving, and makes the experience much more pleasant.
On the plus side, the restaurant is always clean, and the food itself is usually delicious when they have everything in stock. Unfortunately, the inconsistency and customer service issues make it hard to recommend unless you're willing to put up with the inconvenience.

Drive thru for a quick snack - took a while until someone came on to take my order, then a few minutes at the window to get handed my box of teriyaki chicken... which was only warm and very fatty... they weren't busy at the time, and perhaps that's why it was sub-par?

Three strikes and they're out. Three tries over the last six to seven months and each time I or we are disappointed with what we've bought. From cold food to poor portioning and over spiced kung pao chicken, we just don't belief that Panda Express deserves our patronage. Last night I was released from the hospital after surgery we agreed the best thing to eat after not being able to eat anything for over 24 hours was carb and protein. Panda Express was the 1st place we thought of so we could take it to go. My partner and I each got multiple meats of different kinds and the chow Mein. The kung pao chicken was so spicy neither one of us could eat it. In my small portion I had 7 chili pods. The noodles were severely undercooked, not even al dente and had little flavor. Honestly, the best thing I had was the Peach lemonade or tea but I think that was mostly because I hadn't had anything to drink in over 12 hours; anything was going to taste good at that point. When I think of the cost of this meal I am severely disappointed, as a franchise is supposed to consistently offer the same taste in food no matter where you go. There is work to be done at the store.

It's been a while since I visited Panda Express the last time (years ago). Food was OK, but not good as the last time.

Some of our chicken was pink and I believe I had some kind of cartilage in my chicken as well.

Order the beef & broccoli with friend rice. The food was cold, it was literally a plate of rice and broccoli with 3 pieces of small beef. Somehow it also came with a full size of green beans and peppers. The whole order was wrong and I feel like these companies no longer care about their service. 2/10 I DON’T recommend!!

Very nice counter personals, meals were delicious (hot bar style).while we were eating, they came around asking how everything was and offered a drinks sample. It's hard to find service like this at fast food place these days. Thanks!
