Always a good experience here. Had a young girl at the drive thru today around 12 noon on the speaker who forgot my sauces. I went back to get them and she put the sauces in my hand aggressively like she was upset that I told her that she forgot my sauce. Please if possible, let her know that I didn’t mean it any type of way or that I wasn’t rudely telling her she forgot. I just let her know because she asked before she gave me my food and genuinely seemed to forget she asked....
Good grief their drive-thru is excruciating. Expect it to take 10-15 minutes per CAR. So not uncommon to be sitting there for 30+ minutes, like I did a few nights ago. Just put your car in park at that point. If you have a mobile order, much faster (but still slow) to just walk in and pick it up.
Drive thru for a quick snack - took a while until someone came on to take my order, then a few minutes at the window to get handed my box of teriyaki chicken... which was only warm and very fatty... they weren't busy at the time, and perhaps that's why it was sub-par?
