Ordered a smoothie bowl as I do almost every other day. The level of service I received today was terrible. As we know things are expensive and you expect to get what you paid for. For $14 when adding in extras you don’t expect a half full bowl. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted which is fine I asked for my order she just sat it over the counter and turned her back. The store wasn’t busy I was the only one in there. I asked for a bag and noticed how empty my bowl was and she turned her back. I asked if she heard me and her and another girl proceeded to just look at me as if I had a third eye. She responds yeah it’s a little lower than nothing. Whenever I come here and the girls are working there seems to be an issue. Would not come back to this location.

Smoothie was supposed to be substituted with turbinado instead of Stevia. It had neither. So he poured them both in the blender, put I e in it and I suppose turbinado and put them in 2 cups.
I didn't taste mine until I got home 7 minutes away. It was a little bitter and watery. Not happy with it and neither was my husband.
The only good thing was that it was a little cold, because it's hot out.
The guy was nice, but the smoothie wasn't. ?

Smoothie bowls were incredible. I will be back for them more frequently. I like this location very easy to get in and out from.
Smoothie King Winder GA —-My son and I walked in and weren’t acknowledged for 15mim while other orders were taken before us. When we finally were asked what we needed it took another 20 mins to make due to others being completed before ours only to receive one order and having to wait for the other to be made. No apology for the delay just simple acts of racism displayed but it didn’t surprise me it’s consistent in that area and it’s sad. I give 2 stars only because the bowls were good however I won’t be returning to that location I will drive the distance and keep going to Gwinnett .
