This Starbucks is inside a Target. The poor lone barista was busy prepping food, making drinks and had a line. Not a great experience, as even most Target Starbucks have at least 2 or 3 people working.

The barista that helped me was amazing but when I overheard her manager saying was just not ok. I asked for a pup cup after my order and the manger was like next time don’t give that to them because we need to get our times down. Like I get I did not order it at the drive thru speaker but come on. Then for them to be like don’t give it to them so we can keep our times is just bad. There was next to no one behind me in line either.

This Starbucks is great. Consistent is a great way to describe this particular location. Every drink I get taste the same every time. The service I get is pretty much the same every time. The place looks and feels the same every time.

I just want to tell that the service there is not really nice, but Jade is always the sweetest person which always make my visits more pleaseant here, love seeing her and wish everyone can be the same friendly as Jade! THANK YOU!

Friendly staff and clean store. A little hard to have a private meeting just because it's loud and echos in the store. Couldn't find a quiet space.

Awful awful experience. The cashier who is doing very little has the worst attitude. She couldn't even directly look at me when I asked how much longer my drink would be AFTER waiting 15 minutes for a latte. If I knew her name I would call and call to ensure she is talked to about her attitude. I should not have left a tip. This Starbucks is terrible. I left shaking because I was treated so poorly. Constant eye rolls and talking badly about me while I'm standing there. Absolutely no reason for her behavior. I would love to speak to the store leader about this. I was at this location at 2:50 pm on Nov. 10 2024. I am sure it won't be hard to see who she is. She needs to be reminded that her job is in customer service. I will not return here and I highly recommend everyone go a little bit further to the one in Monroe, where they always treat you with respect. Awful. Awful. Awful location. Oh and it took over 15 minutes for a hot peppermint tall latte. Ridiculous

Customer service and s lacking. Entered shop no welcome or acknowledgement for minutes. Tried to order no one appeared or acknowledged me.
Ended up getting in drive thru line to get any attention or support.
Quickly becoming my new favorite Starbucks location. It's usually clean, well stocked, and has a great atmosphere. The traffic also isn't too bad despite the location
Vegetarian options: They have a fair selection of vegetarian options and the ability to make certain dishes vegetarian friendly
Dietary restrictions: I have an allergy to gluten and everything on the menu is clearly labeled on if something is vegetarian gluten-free or even if it features common allergens

I went here on two consecutive days because it was close to where I was staying for business. BOTH days my coffee was cold. How hard is it to serve hot coffee?

I have been going to this location since they opened. Where to start.... first, the employees are FABULOUS! They know us, they are super friendly, service is quick and they ALWAYS get our order right! I highly recommend this location. In fact, we love this location so much, we brought them a Been There mug from the most Northern SB in the world. (Located in Alaska) It is only time before SB places a store at Santa's Workshop at the North Pole! (hint hint)
