Very disappointed with the food here. I went around lunchtime expecting everything to be fresh, but the taco was soggy and the cinnamon twists tasted awful—almost like they’d gone bad. For a busy time of day, the quality was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price.

The last 2 times days apart I used drive through for lunch my orders and they were accurate including customizations and the quality was great! Much better service overall but I have had to wait a bit for my mobile orders when ordering ahead both times.

I ordered 3 cheese roll ups Beans and cheese and chips and guacamole. Normally portions here are better than others. However tonight they couldn’t even fill the tiny cup for guacamole and the chips were stale. If they gonna charge $3.29 for this menu item at least take the time to give fresh not stale chips and fill up the tiny cup and the small bag chips go in. You could tell the manager wasn’t present. Loud music in dining area also.

Super slow service. I was the only person in the drive thru and still was told tp park to get my food. I only ordered a bean burrito. It 7 minutes to get my food. Definitely not fast food.

I hate this Taco Bell location with a passion. Every time I try it out of desperation, I end up annoyed. One time I went, and they weren't taking orders because of a staff shortage, understandable. Another time, they had me wait 20 minutes for my food. Then they ran out of tortillas. How? Idk considering 90% of the menu is some concoxion wrapped in a tortilla. Tonight, I ordered through DoorDash because they had a promotion making a delivery order significantly cheaper than pick up. I took my food out of the bag and was genuinely surprised that the food was still hot. When I bit into my burrito, it was steak, literally just steak.... no sauce, no cheese, just dry steak wrapped in a warm tortilla. As I picked out the dry-aged steak, I went to grab my Cinnabon Delights. When I picked one up, I realized it was cold, okay, whatever. Then I tried to bite into one and almost lost my front tooth. Nevertheless, I got my full refund and an extra $8.

Got the discovery plus box plus a taco soon as I get home to inspect my food 1/2 of the box contents are missing! No cinnamon twists and no soft taco. Absolute BS this is the second time they have forgot a significant amount of food from this location. I will never be returning.
