AVOID - Terribly managed. Orders are rarely correct, there's many times when they say they cannot take orders for 5 to 10 minutes. Most wait times have been over 15 minutes. Apparently their system is always down right as they have a large amount of customers. They're online orders have always been wrong or missing items. They also will remove items from your online order at pickup without notice and they do not provide refunds at this location. You have to go through their app which is a nightmare.

Update: On this last visit I ordered two frosties and a single burger on the mobile app. When I got there I was told they can't take orders but I told him I had a pickup so they hesitated and told me to go to the mobile parking spot. I had to wait over 20 minutes and for some reason they decided to bring me the frosties and then said I needed to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for the burger. By the time they gave me the burger, the frosties were melted. They don't know what they're doing. Just avoid it.

I’m highly unsatisfied with my visit. I went in store for four frosty’s and waited at LEAST 20-30 minutes before they were made. I told the cashier, Amy, my order and then she walks off to go do whatever it is she did. She comes back and asks for the order again, and then I have her scan the barcode in the wendys app to receive my points and she tells me nothing happened, so I tell her nevermind and then she walks off again, I assume to make the frostys, and then another lady comes over to get the order again because I still hadn’t paid. Amy made the frostys not wearing gloves after handling cash payments from the customer before me, she even handled another customer’s order without wearing gloves and I also noticed that two other employees were handling food without gloves. When we got our frostys they were a bit messy so I asked for napkins to clean it up and instead she cleans it up by putting her hands all on the lids of the frostys making me and my family not even want it anymore.

Everytime I go over there either something is missing from my order or they didn't put it in the order right. It is ridiculous how long you have to wait in the drive through.

I went through the DT this evening 5/8 around 9pm waited for far too long in a DT , and got the completely wrong order. I’ve tried calling multiple times. Nobody will answer the phone. I just want the food I asked for.
