I’m highly unsatisfied with my visit. I went in store for four frosty’s and waited at LEAST 20-30 minutes before they were made. I told the cashier, Amy, my order and then she walks off to go do whatever it is she did. She comes back and asks for the order again, and then I have her scan the barcode in the wendys app to receive my points and she tells me nothing happened, so I tell her nevermind and then she walks off again, I assume to make the frostys, and then another lady comes over to get the order again because I still hadn’t paid. Amy made the frostys not wearing gloves after handling cash payments from the customer before me, she even handled another customer’s order without wearing gloves and I also noticed that two other employees were handling food without gloves. When we got our frostys they were a bit messy so I asked for napkins to clean it up and instead she cleans it up by putting her hands all on the lids of the frostys making me and my family not even want it anymore.

Everytime I go over there either something is missing from my order or they didn't put it in the order right. It is ridiculous how long you have to wait in the drive through.

I went through the DT this evening 5/8 around 9pm waited for far too long in a DT , and got the completely wrong order. I’ve tried calling multiple times. Nobody will answer the phone. I just want the food I asked for.
How is drive thur closed!!!! But when you go inside they all playing around

Horrible customer service! Meat for the chilli is big pieces of hamburger patties and that light skinned girl working the drive thru had a nasty attitude. Just rude!

Every time I go to Wendy’s in Bethlehem, Georgia, Tiffany Brittany And Mell are the best staff that I’ve ever seen in a Wendy’s I love Wendy’s and I asked these people for their names to where I could report in a good review on them and they’re the best👍

The children that they have working/playing at night think it's all fun and games. We sat in the drive through waiting on our 10 pc chicken nuggets and burger for 39 minutes. And when I ask why did they forget about us all the little teen girl did was laugh in my face. Rude AF! The young boy said it was made fresh to order. LMAO wrong because I live not even 3 mins from there and the food was ice cold. When I got home.

Did not get what I ordered. I was specific and was ignored. I will not go back for a long time.
$11 for a baconator sandwich that comes with almost a whole piece of bacon. Always have issues when I stop at this location.
