Came here for lunch at 10:38am and doors were locked. Sign on door said open at 10:30am. No need to eat at this location again.

I tried talking to you guys afterwards. I Made an order through your account. It's been a week. You guys canceled my order. No one even notified me it was canceled. I was charged $87. It still wasn't added back to my account. Thank you for the response.

Very polite and helpful staff members. Service is relatively prompt and I get out within 5-10 minutes. I work right next door, so it is a really convenient place for me to take my lunch break.

This is the second time we have ordered food and it was not correct. We ordered the Dry Rub Lemon Pepper Wings Meal. We received undercooked plain wings with a few fries. I called back to speak to a manager but the phone just rang without an answer. I called Zaxby's Customer Service line which was automated and suggest I call the location in question. I called again today ( 4 days later) still no answer. It is awful to pay for food and not have it be satisfactory.

You know what it is before you go. It's tasty fast food that is full of salt but still good.

Drive-thru orders are frequently wrong. Not sure why we give it another chance but today will be the last time. We ordered, and the guy taking our order kept walking away with the tablet every time we said another item we wanted to order, he was so jumpy and jittery and kept wiping snot from his nose the entire time. It was disgusting, we should have left then but we're suckers for punishment I guess. When we got to the window we only got two drinks but ordered three. One of the drinks was wrong. The food looked horrible when we opened up the boxes. We ordered a Cobb Zalad and it was missing egg and tomato, the lettuce looked wilted. This place is a mess every time we come here. There are too many other places to eat in Bethlehem for us to keep coming here, so we won't anymore.

From the cashier to the food, this was the best service I’ve received at a restaurant in awhile.

While eating in the lobby Jericho came by multiple times to check in and make sure I was good! Well ran establishment!

This is the 2nd time we have ordered curbside (NOT busy) and ended up with cold food because they take forever to bring it out after check in. Both times I have either gone it to get it or called and asked if I needed to. BOTH times it's been because of the same man blaming the tablet. This is ridiculous. Two wasted meals because this location can't get it together.

We were greeted quickly, our food came out fresh and we wanted some extras, and they were happy to give us extra sauce, refills on drinks, etc. All with a smile. Someone even came over to the table to take our discards. We appreciated that.
