This is now Pierce Diner and we were very pleased. Nice variety of menu items and food was delicious. I dont even like fish, but my husbands fish looked wonderful. The cook is doing fantastic.
I do have to say, it was better this time than the last time we were there, but it still left a bit to be desired. One of the employees was laying on a booth as we walked in. Then got up & stood right outside the front door smoking a cigarette, so when she walked back in, that's all you smelled. We had to move seats due to the music speaker. It felt like it was blasting at our table. It wasn't the usual soft restaurant style music either. It was more like 90's...
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and an order of cheese sticks on the side (something to snack on later), everything was cooked to perfection! The burger was the best tasting one I have had in a restaurant in years, the bun was toasted perfectly, the condiments were in a great proportion, and the onion rings had just the right crispness. My hat is off to the entire staff, I hope to pop in again and try other menu items.
