I just left and as I checked my food I was NOT given my onion rings. My cheese burger was made wrong and the employee that gave us our food practically threw it into our hands. Normally I have no complaints but this was out right ridiculous this time. How do you mess up someone’s food and then be rude with them??

One of the worse DQ I've ever been to. Takes over 20 mins to get food at the drive thru with only 1 car in front of you. Cheese curds was cold. Strips over cooked. Owner has nothing but immature kids working in there and the bigger lady that is a manager is very unprofessional while yelling at the kids in there in front of customers. Went a few months ago and found a hair in my food thinking it looked strange to be a person's hair and the girl working in there said oh that's a dog's hair the owner was letting one of our workers sleep here and her dog stayed inside. Do what!?!?!?!? Ice cream is always half melted when you get it and when you ask them why they state bc the owner will not spend the money on new equipment. employees are very unprofessional. Don't see how the DPH has allowed this place to stay open. Apparently owner cares less about her paying customers concerns bc her response is always the same. Do better than copy and pasting the same response and no you will not see me back.

Just left there with no service. We went in around 10:50 & was completely ignored. No one spoke to use & my voice carriers. So I know they knew we where there. Two employees standing at the drive through window talking to the person on the other side. We were so disappointed. How do they get away with treating people this way.

Mr. Right said his Orig Double Combo burger was hot. The fries and my chicken tenders were luke warm. Our Choco Dipped Strawberry Blizzrds were worth the detour we took to get here.
