Just want to give a shout out to Shelby Wiggins at the Blackshear GA store #8895. I placed an online order and when I arrived to pickup my order it was not completed and was advised that there was an additional wait time. She was the only employee working at the store (taking walk-in orders, preparing orders, and answering the phone). There was a group of linemen placing orders as I arrived and due to our area being affected by Hurricane Helene I requested that their orders be prepared ahead of mine. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and provided a great experience despite the fact she was working
Every time I order from this place it either takes too long or they mess up the order. I hate that this is one of the only places you can get pizza. Do better.

The past 4 orders have been wrong. I can't understand what is so hard about making a pizza per the order. If you call or complain through the app, you get offered just a medium 2 topping pizza. Nowhere close to what you actually ordered. Clearly they don't need the business.

I ordered a pizza last night (may 4 ,2024) at 11:45. My drivers name started with a D not sure who it was. She told me my pizza was $30, after i handed her $ 30 + a tip I went back inside and saw that my pizza was only $23 on my phone. She was already acting sketchy about me asking what the total was … I always tip my drivers so it’s i would’ve spent that much anyways, it’s the fact she lied and included a tip of her own in there. very unprofessional and i can’t wait to have a convo with her superior. tips are NOT mandatory they are given out of generosity ( which i always do! ) so never think it’s your God given right to receive it!!
