The food and the service is amazing! I love eating there 😋
Great experiece !
Terrible service- mediocre food - there were 4 of us for lunch. took a VERY long time & then she only brought 2 of the dishes & informed us then that they were out of Chicken Salad- wouldn’t you tell your customers that at the beginning so that all the sandwiches could be brought at the same time?so we ordered 2 different sandwiches- which again took forever & they were some you could buy at 7-11- sad
And by the way, the lemonade tasted like carbonated mystery lemonade - we will never go back
Food was very good. Bar menu is limited. Desert was amazing! Make reservations as they fill up quickly!
Delicious food, wonderful friendly service! We love J. Leonard's!
Lindsey is the best server! Our food is always delightful and cooked to perfection. We love the ambiance of the old house. j. Leonard's is an absolute gem.

They Far exceeded our expectations for Valentines!!! From the moment we walked in to walking out Full & satisfied!! Everything was perfect!! Food and service was 10 out 10! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These people can't even cook a burger. Sent a steak back one time and they used the microwave on it.
Place way overrated!
Fantastic fine dining in a cozy atmosphere with wonderful staff all around! Fried shrimp are great and the steaks are amazing!

I had my Aunt/Uncle come over from Alabama and decided to.go to J. Leonards and our party was 5 people. It wasnt busy and we had fast service and the sweet tea, salad arrived right after we had ordered. my dad ordered filet medium, special salmon, and the other 3 were filet medium well because they had ran out of ribeyes...we got there at 6pm...so we chose the filet steak. my dad who ordered medium was given a steak that was medium well and the other three had bee. sliced in two and basically was well done with a taste of burnt meat with every bite. The potatoe was great but charged extra for loaded after I asked the waitress if it was included..she said Yes! I paid for my My aunt and uncle and my bill was 150 dollars my sister paid for her meal and my dad's 120 dollars. we had 5 at our table and they charged us with gratuity and also charge us for using a card. For 5 people ( who had 4 burnt steaks) we spent 270 dollars for steak potatoe salad sweet tea. If your gonna a charge 38 dollars for.a filet and I want it medium well which is a little pink please don't cut my filet in two amd serve it burnt...
this is one of the best places to eat in South Georgia and is the best place to eat in Blackshear! Filet, Crab, shrimp and scrumptious desserts.

J. Leonard’s on Main was phenomenal!
We decided to eat lunch here today after alot of thought. So glad we did. When we entered we were greeted, allowed to seat ourselves, and followed with menus. Sirus was very helpful through ordering and attentive while we ate. We decided on the weekly special (meatloaf, mac n cheese, greens beans) also added the 3 scoop salad. We got pimento cheese, pasta salad, and broccoli salad. Served over a spring mix with an amazing raspberry vinegarette and fruit. I'm just not sure which was better. Everything was fabulous. Pricing was very affordable! Service was exceptional! And atmosphere amazing! We will definitely be back!
My only complaint would be I will be soon wishing for a drive thru lol.
Food, service, and atmosphere is a 10+ from me

After reading all the raves about this new local eatery, I decided it would be a nice place to try for a date night with my wife. We ordered the spinach dip with toast points as an appetizer, which came out in a timely manner. For the entrè, we ordered a prime rib and an N.Y. strip, both served with one side and a caeser salad. The ambience of the old home was very relaxed and intimate. Our server, Cole, was great. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a local, small-town steak house experience for a date night or special occasion.
They do recommend making a reservation, for it is rather busy. We will be back to try the lunch menu items soon.
