Just had lunch at the road side "local Eats" restaurant BBQAnd let me tell you what it's the best I've had since I've been in south GeorgiaTake the time take the effort to come over and see this man his Carolina barbecue sauces thats to die for same with a sweet and spicy sause pork sjuicy coleslaw is delicious can't say enough about the macaroni and cheese

Good food is maybe the best reason to eat at a restaurant, but finding good folks there sure does add to the flavor and experience. We finally got to this place tonight and I am so glad we did! We both ordered the rib plate but each ordered different sides, so we got a good sampling: Brunswick stew, baked beans, fries, and smoked yams. I like my fries grease-fried and crunchy. These were air-fried. Just not the same, but they were good. I would readily order all those sides again. The ribs were REAL! Large, meaty, really tasty, and fall-off-the-bone done. The wife got one of the pumpkin spice cookies. Wow! The one bite I got was awesome. The dining area is separate from the kitchen. REALLY, I mean like a whole separate building! But it is inconvenient only for the staff. They went way out their way to meet our needs. Like I said: good folks! I'm planning to be there at least two more times this week. I can do so because the price is right. I can say more but I'll end with this: If you never eat here, you are a nut!!

We tried Local Eats Blackshear for the first time last night. They wanted an honest review. The two of us graded on 5 parts. Difficulty of menu, Wait time, Presentation, Taste and lastly comparing price to over all experience and we both scored differently but averaged it at 4.4 stars!!! Would we eat there again? MOST DEFINITELY & the ribs and pulled pork was definitely spot on! Thanks for the invitation fellows. We hope to see y’all again! UnEDITED, Real Talk-Right Now!

Man oh man!!!!…….if you haven’t been by Local Eats and met Jeff, Randy and Sarah and had some of their awesome food then you’re missing out. Some of the best food around town with super quick service, large portions and awesome costumer service. These 3 knows what it takes to run a place. I see big things coming for them. Go out and support this local business and show them some Pierce County love.
