Panda is a quaint little Chinese Take-out Restaurant, I ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein and oh so delicious. The people there are very friendly and the prices are very good. They will be getting plenty of business from Blackshear Taxi Service and from me personally.

I live in Blackshear, have for a long time and the food is good, there's folks asking for shrimp at a restaurant with a sign that hasn't been repaired in years, and they're are asking for low quality shrimp. I got pork low mien, and it was good, it had enough oil to have the US invade my plate. I still had an ok plate, my dad had sesame chicken, that was way better. Look at the sign, look at the interior, expect what you see. If you do want to go there, get the sesame chicken. I've not seen rats in the kitchen, or in my food. I did read two "reviews" that were obvious copy and paste too. They claimed rats and I still have yet to see them
The fried rice is that yellow rice. And it's dry. What happened to the white rice?

Our first and now only time here... service was nice enough but the atmosphere and food is severely lacking. My husband got the Orange chicken with pork fried rice. He was told the chicken was spicy but it wasn't and the rice tasted like straight onion and was greasy. I got the shrimp with mixed veg and the sauce had a sour taste to it and was... gloopy. The shrimp tasted old and like they'd been frozen and the white rice was complete mush. They are take out only and are running some kind of convenience store in the lobby. Now 3 hours post dinner and both of our stomachs are VERY upset.
