Panda is a quaint little Chinese Take-out Restaurant, I ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein and oh so delicious. The people there are very friendly and the prices are very good. They will be getting plenty of business from Blackshear Taxi Service and from me personally.
I live in Blackshear, have for a long time and the food is good, there's folks asking for shrimp at a restaurant with a sign that hasn't been repaired in years, and they're are asking for low quality shrimp. I got pork low mien, and it was good, it had enough oil to have the US invade my plate. I still had an ok plate, my dad had sesame chicken, that was way better.
