The food was fresh. It was decent/pretty good, but not great. The service lacked a little. Gentleman got frustrated when he didn't know if Marinara came w breadsticks. I offered to pay for a side - I just wanted Marinara. Only half my boneless wings were in the box. Atmosphere lacked. Felt a little dirty. Place needs a remodel. Hard to see entrance at night.

I paid $40 for 1 large pizza and my food was over an hour late getting to me and it was cold. So I did not get to enjoy it. And when you pay that much money for 1 pizza it should be worth the money. And it most definitely wasn’t. Not to mention I added a tip when I placed my order. And if I would’ve know that my food would be late and cold I definitely wouldn’t have given a tip or even ordered from there.

Pizza Hut in Blackshear Georgia were very skimpy on there fries I've called and the lady said sch would credits on my pizza Hut account and never did I ordered that in September 2024

Hey, if y'all are gonna have your online ordering system turned off, then maybe actually answer the phone? Called 3 different times, it just rings and no one answers. And this is after being put thru to the store by whatever service corporate is using to screen calls. You are a carryout and delivery only location, you are loosing out on business and money by doing this.

Never order from blackshear pizza hut the worst service ever I canceled my order because they try to charge me 26 00 for a personal pan pizza and a melt then the girl says you canceled your order so im done with you and hangs up on me I have spent to much money with this place to be treated like that it will definitely be dominoes from here on out

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut last night and shortly thereafter a doordash driver showed up with my food. I didn't order doordash I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut to be delivered by a delivery driver that works for Pizza Hut. I can only hope the doordash driver didn't do anything to my food nor was it stored in any way to keep it warm.
