Ordered chicken fingers and asked for barbecue sauce. I wasn't told till after my food was done that they don't have barbecue sauce. They have a wing that you can get with a style of barbecue sauce but they won't give you any of that sauce you have to eat whatever crappy sauce that they think is special cuz they made it. Was not that good. Was a very long wait as well.

We use to love eating here but they stop cooking the taters and started cooking crinkled cut fries đ and my husband hates crinkled fries and their lemon aid is rotten tasty they were better than KFC We want be going back ever again

Still trying to figure out why I canât get my drink before I pull up to the waiting spot in the drive thru. Also if you just got my online order why do I need to pulll up? Wouldnât it be the same if I just ordered through the speaker? And again why refuse to let me get my drink before I pull up? They forgot to bring it out last time and had to make two trips.

I love the SouthernRroost and its food, but lately my thoughts are starting to change. First of all, someone on your night shift is not cleaning your milkshake machine after each use. You probably want to look into that, but more importantly⊠Crinkle fries? What are you thinking?!? Sidewinders were not only, tasty, but a unique thing you would only really find at Southern Roost! I understand that some people may like crinkle fries better, but they can just go get their fries literally anywhere else. EVERYONE is selling crinkle fries. They arenât special at all. I just donât understand why you would give up something that sets you apart just so you can fall in line with everyone else! That being said you do have a good seasoning on them, but please consider bringing back sidewinders as at least an alternative option.
