This restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. In our area definitely choose this Surcheros over the one in Waycross.

After most trips to Waycross I always try to swing by to grab a few bowls to bring to back to Baxley. On this particular evening the line was busier than usual due to the upcoming Christmas parade. As I final make it to place my order, the staff (especially Hunter) was busy as bees and took special attention to make sure the orders were right. Hunter took time to make sure majority of my condiments were in separate containers so that it was easy to warm up once I made it home. The food was delicious & the service was exceptional. I know this is their job (customer service) but the kindness and thoughtfulness shows the staff take pride in what they do!
Worst Surcheros I've been to. Go to Waycross or Jesup instead. Meat tasted weird and soggy. Employees not well trained and slow.
