After most trips to Waycross I always try to swing by to grab a few bowls to bring to back to Baxley. On this particular evening the line was busier than usual due to the upcoming Christmas parade. As I final make it to place my order, the staff (especially Hunter) was busy as bees and took special attention to make sure the orders were right. Hunter took time to make sure majority of my condiments were in separate containers so that it was easy to warm up once I made it home. The food was delicious & the service was exceptional. I know this is their job (customer service) but the kindness and thoughtfulness shows the staff take pride in what they do!

My cousin & I had lunch at Surchereros today. We were both very happy with our burrito bowls!!Everything was very fresh & delicious .Jess & Blake welcomed us & everyone there were so helpful. We will definitely be back & recommend Surchereros !!I gave 4 stars as there is always room to improve!! But I do recommend eating here.

I went to pick up a late lunch today and was greeted and served by Jess and Hunter. I just wanted to take time to leave a review and brag on these ladies on how personable and good at their job they were. My food was great and my wait time was minimal! The people really help make an establishment and these two ladies help do just that! I will definitely be back and soon! I love this place and hope to keep being served by these two because good customer service is hard to find these days!

My husband and I always do online orders with this surcheros. Here lately the food has been getting more and more ridiculous. For the price, there is not a lot of food. I ordered two tacos and I kid you not these tacos were so poor. They had about a teaspoon amount of meat on them. The shell tasted old. And if you order a large cheese dip it does not come with chips. You have to order them separately. I highly recommend going to Locos instead.

This has got to be the worst place to spend your money. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Waycross just because these people do not know how to fill a burrito bowl. Just got a burrito bowl from blackshear and they tried to put HALF a scoop of meat and when I asked for more they tried charging for extra. BUT THEY DIDNT FILL THE SPOON UP TO BEGIN WITH. The skimping doesn’t stop with the meat it’s the whole bowl. If you don’t say anything to these people they will feed you a kids meal for the price of an adult burrito bowl. It’s not like the price of food comes out of their paycheck they can give what we pay for. On top of that, today the cilantro is yellow and brown like they don’t pick out the bad leafs. I’ll never come back to Sucheros in blackshear
