Honestly some of the best BBQ that my husband and I have ever had! The service was absolutely amazing as well, which was just the icing on the cake. The burnt ends were delicious and the Brunswick stew/BBQ hash was so so good. No sauce was needed on any of the meat, but the selection of sauces were sublime. We will definitely be making Roy's a regular stop!

Was excited to go here based on the reviews. When we arrived, there were Georgia State Troopers parked outside and had just finished eating. Super nice guys. We ordered ribs, brisket and pulled pork. The ribs were the best I have ever had. The smoke along with the spices combined with the fall off the bone tenderness made them spectacular. The pulled pork was great, sandwich had a generous portion of meat on it. The brisket unfortunately was dry. I wanted to love it but it was a 2 star. Sides were all delicious. Would definitely go again but stick to the ribs or pork.

This is my new favorite spot. My husband and I stopped in one day just to look and left out with so much food. Since we were knew they were very patient with us even letting us sample some sides to decide. We were hooked since then! Recommended 10 out of 10.

I've been following this place online for months from 1200 miles away!! Finally moved to the area and had the chance to swing in for some eats. First off, I pulled into the parking lot and it was half full of police cars, I knew the food was good, always eat where the police and firemen eat, they know all the good local joints. Yup, as I walked in three officers were exiting, THANK YOU to them for what they do!Walked in, got a friendly southern greeting from owner and she explained everything to us. I went pulled pork sandwich with sides, wife got the smoked chicken sandwich brown bag lunch deal. We decided to split half a dozen of the smoked and fried wings...that may be the best decision we made since we moved here!!!! Next time, I'm getting a couple dozen of those bad boys! Ok, so yes, get the dang wings! The pulled pork was amazing, didn't need any sauce but after I ate 2/3 of the sandwich I just had to try some of their sauces. I went Fat girl sauce, again....DAAAAAANNNNGGGGG!!!!! Wifes chiclen sandwich was crazy good as well!! So, in review, go here, get wings, get meat, get HAPPY!! CAN NOT WAIT to go again, see you folks REAL SOON!!!!
Vegetarian options: I mean...its a BBQ joint, but they do serve vegetables for side dishes, but, I mean...this place is worth giving up being a vegetarian for!!

Parking: Small lot behind building but most people parked on the grass on the side street. Easy in and out parking.

I've never had a bad experience at Roy's. The food is always impeccable and the service is warm and friendly. My favorite is the Southern Mac with brisket. Get the Jalepenos.I respect their choice on hours because it gets them the best quality, but I do somehow seem to think of eating there on days that they're closed. My recommendation? Definitely give these guys a follow on Instagram. They're usually pretty good at updating their schedule there, AND you get to drool on your phone screen.

Roy's Nutz & Buttz catered our company picnic. They were amazing at turn. Mandy was so helpful. The food was amazing. My faves were the brisket and mac n cheese. We took home some left over and created BBQ brisket mac n cheese. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Roy's Nutz And Buttz!

We are visiting Savannah for 10 days and this has been my favorite place I have eaten yet. The food is excellent but the customer service surpasses the food (if that is possible). It was me and my two toddlers and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. My son is an outgoing kid and decided to be a door greeter and the lady at the counter was so kind and generous and gave him a couple dollars from the tip jar for a job well done. Man talk about making a kid’s day! Definitely a family favorite and probably the only meal my picky toddler completely finished. Hoping to fit in one last visit before we have to head back home. Great daily specials and man the BBQ sauce is excellent

Ya'll, my hubby's one of the best when it comes to smoking meats. He's been doin it for over 40 yrs. So when we do dine out on BBQ, I've never been impressed, like seriously,never...until now! In most places, their meat ain't so yummy, so they rely on the sauce to enhance the taste of their meats. NOT here at Roy's! Yes, they offer sauces (Love that "fat girl" one!! LOL!!) but the meat tastes fantastic all on it's own. We also had the slaw and mac n cheese....YUM!! Ya'll, make your day a GOOD day and eat here, seriously. If they offered more than 5 stars, I'd of given more.
First timers. OMG! It was so good. I had pulled pork and my husband had ribs. The meat was the best pulled pork and ribs we have had. I had Mac and cheese and roasted potatoes as my sides, I didn’t care for them but that’s just due to my personal preferences. My husband had green beans and Brunswick stew, he cleaned his plate. We decided to make this a regular lunch spot for us. So good.
